WIZprobe
General
WIZprobe is an advanced non-contact optical laser scanning sensor for high precision scanning and geometry data collection.
WIZprobe combines vision and laser technologies with patented optics and image processing.
WIZprobe is a key integrated component in all Nextec inspection products.
WIZprobe measurement accuracy is guaranteed over a wide range of material types, colors, surface finish types and laser beam angles due to advanced real time close loop adaptive control.
The WIZprobe is small in size and has a standard CMM PH10M Indexable head interface.

WIZinspect is a turn-key Inspection Solution for rapid high precision measuring of high
volume parts and components.
WIZinspect system offers a large variety of options:
CAD model and tolerance input
CAD based program preparation using high level soft keys
A variety of part alignment functions and scenarios
Data collection from a predefined path
Automatic surface tracking capability
GD&T analysis
Flexible structure of graphical and text reports using customized templates
Creation of geometric elements from scan data and export in CAD format
Adjustable and user friendly interface
Users authorization control - Optional levels of Administrator / Operator mode

WIZblade can effectively replace conventional CMMs with mechanical probes.
