Lomax Elementary honors its Lions
of the Month for May
Lomax Elementary announces its Lions of the Month for May. They include: kindergarten
students Logan Gibson , Nathan Perez and Bria Pugh; first graders Colton Hill, Justin
Rios and Gordon Bethel; second graders Abigail Searls, Cody Atkins, Aubree Reilly, Zariah
McGlory and Jacob Byrket; third graders Jesse San Miguel, Brooklyn Waller, Edward Pena
and Aurora Williams; fourth graders Oscar Suarez, Katy Beth Pellern, Kandace Lynch and
Rachel Bordelon; fifth graders Kelsi Young, Jaden Avila, Kaitlyn McBee and Joseph Schaefer.
Principal Dr. Alicia Upchurch and assistant principal Linda Hyde are pictured with the
honored students.
Portraits for incoming LPHS seniors
will be taken at Jennie Reid Elementary
La Porte High School incoming seniors will take their portraits for the yearbook
on July 21, 22 and 23 and August 11, 12 and 13. Hours are 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4
p.m.
Photos will be taken in the library at Jennie Reid Elementary School due to
construction at La Porte High School. Jennie Reid Elementary is located at 10001
W. Fairmont Parkway, and the phone number is 281-604-4500.
Seniors should receive an appointment card in the mail, but may go to have their
portrait made at any of these times without an appointment.
