While in Grande Prairie, I needed a considerable amount of popcorn for a presentation at the end of the week. Patti, the Restaurant Manager, not only offered to help me pop the popcorn, but also bag it and DELIVER it to my presentation, knowing my time frame was short. While I ended up figuring out how to manage it without asking Patti and her team, the offer stands as one of the most generous I've ever received. In addition, the hotel staff was quick to help me with various other tasks: printing in the business center, finding me a box to "store" my popcorn and delivering it to my room, etc. My room was comfortable and clean, and while I didn't have time to make use of the amenities, I appreciated what was available. The dining room food was delicious, and the staff as a whole, was friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. In a society that seems to have lost some of the emphasis on customer service, I am grateful for and impressed by the level shown at this hotel. Thank you. Staff were unable to make it so we all bunkered down. Hampton ensured we were comfortable, lots to eat and friendly staff (even though it was only Pam and Jeanette). They were able to make everyone feel comfortable while we were snowed in and we thank them for making our group booking (85 rooms) a great success. See you next year!!
