Grand Slam of Golf in Bermuda.

continuously to and from Port Royal
Golf Course all three days of the Grand

ARRIVING VIA MOTOR BIKE
Public Bike Parking: Spectators planning
on taking a motor bike to the Grand
Slam have two options for parking:
1. Death Valley Playing Field close
to Hole #2 of Port Royal and
the Main Spectator Entrance
2. White Hill Field
Public Bus System: Spectators planning
on taking a pink government bus from
any other location other than the public
parking lots are encouraged to take
Routes 7 and 8 that run from Hamilton
and Dockyard. This bus will drop off
and pick up at the main entrance
to the Grand Slam.
Ferry: The Rockaway Ferry will have
an increased frequency schedule during
the Grand Slam. Spectators arriving from
Hamilton should consider this option.
Complimentary shuttles will run
continuously to and from Port Royal Golf
Course all three days of the Grand Slam.
ARRIVING VIA TAXI
Taxi Drop-off & Pick-up: If you are
planning on taking a taxi to the Grand
Slam, all taxis will be directed to drop-off
and pick-up at the Calvary Gospel Chapel
near the main entrance to Port Royal.

Played in one group of four. Starting times
listed are considered approximate, taking into
consideration possible delays, weather, etc.
Major Champions will start on Hole 1 each day.

• Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
•W
ear a hat for protection from the sun and
use sun block.
• Wear light colored and cool clothing.
•S
tay behind the gallery ropes. All spectators
will be able to walk in the fairways behind
play. Please cooperate with the marshals.
• Kneel or sit if you are in the front row.
• Remain still throughout each shot.
• Walk carefully, never run.
• Display your ticket conspicuously at all times.
• Bring a rain jacket or poncho.
• Identify a place to meet if you get separated
from your companion(s).

ATM Services are available on-site at
Port Royal Golf Course near the Clubhouse.
GENERAL INFORMATION
AUTOGRAPH POLICY
Autographs may be requested and given at
the players’ convenience at the Practice Range
and Putting Green during the Pro-Am, Monday,
October 19. For the players’ consideration, a
NO AUTOGRAPH POLICY will be enforced on
the grounds of Port Royal Golf Course during
the Championship Rounds, Tuesday, October 20
through Wednesday, October 21, 2009.
CAMERA POLICY
Cameras are ONLY allowed on-site for the
Pro-Am, Monday, October 19, 2009. They are
not permitted at Port Royal Golf Course during
Championship play, Tuesday, October 20
through Wednesday, October 21, 2009.
CELL PHONES
Cell phones, pagers, and other electronic
devices (see prohibited items) will not be
permitted on the grounds at Port Royal Golf
Course regardless of profession or current
needs. PGA will provide complimentary phones
on the premises should the need arise for
spectators to make a phone call. Please leave
cell phones in your vehicle or you can check
your phone at the Spectator Services location
at the Main Entrance gate each day.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The items listed are strictly prohibited
on the grounds of Port Royal Golf Course
at all times. Bags will be searched upon
entering the event. Anyone violating
these policies will be subject to removal
from the grounds and the loss of ticket(s).

ll bags, purses, and backpacks that
exceed 12 inches in any dimension
(length, height, width, etc.).
•A
ll personal electronics to include
radios, televisions (including hand-held),
cellular telephones, pagers, Palm Pilots,
BlackBerry devices, hand held games,
Walkmans, iPods, etc.
•B
ikes, coolers, ladders, milk crates,
plastic buckets, signs, banners, lawn
chairs (small, folding, canvas chairs are
permitted) and metal spiked golf shoes.

MERCHANDISE SHOP
The PGA Grand Slam of Golf Merchandise
Shop is located inside the Port Royal Golf
Course Clubhouse. Shop for a wide variety
of exclusive PGA Grand Slam of Golf
branded merchandise.
JUNIOR ADMISSION POLICY
In an effort to encourage youth attendance,
complimentary Junior Tickets will be offered
to children ages 17 and younger accompanied
by a ticketed adult. Junior tickets will be available
on a daily basis at Admissions located at the
Main Entrance of Port Royal Golf Course.
CONCESSION STANDS
Concession stands will be on the golf
course in the following locations:
LOST CHILDREN
All lost children should be brought to the
PGA Grand Slam of Golf Championship Office,
located in the Port Royal Clubhouse.
FIRST AID STATION
The PGA Grand Slam of Golf First Aid
Station can be found at the Main Parking
Lot of Port Royal Golf Course. If the need
for medical assistance should occur, please
notify the nearest PGA Grand Slam of
Golf Volunteer.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Cash must be used at on course concession
and beverage stands. Travelers checks, credit
cards, debit cards and cash are accepted in
the Championship Golf Shop and the Main
Entrance concession stand.
TELEVISION COVERAGE
The PGA Grand Slam of Golf is broadcast by
TNT to a worldwide audience of 88.9 million
U.S. homes and an international audience of
more than 100 countries in a prime-time telecast.
TELEVISION VIEWING TIMES IN BERMUDA

WILL CALL
There will be NO Will Call service for the public
at the PGA Grand Slam of Golf. Please do not
plan to leave tickets for pick-up at Port Royal
Golf Course. It is your responsibility to distribute
or obtain your tickets prior to arriving on-site.

TROPHY PRESENTATION CEREMONY
The Trophy Presentation Ceremony will
take place on the 18th green immediately
following the close of play on Wednesday,
October 21. In the event of a tie for first
place after 36 holes, a hole by hole play-off
will start on #18, and if still tied will go to
Hole #16, #17 and #18 repeated until
a Champion is determined.
WEATHER INFORMATION
Average Temperatures: Average October
temperatures range from a high of 82.3˚
to a low of 74.3˚ in the evening. Hats, cool
clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen should
be worn on bright, sunny days.
Inclement Weather Policy for
All Spectators: Observe the
Leaderboards throughout the
golf course for the Weather
Warning signs that will appear
if The PGA of America becomes aware
of inclement weather moving into the area.
When the signs appear, you are advised
to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR
to play being suspended. If the siren sounds,
put down your umbrella, and seek shelter
immediately. Please avoid the following:
