Our thermo-mineral hot springs facilities are famous for their 17
underground water sources that are flowing to the surface of the earth
at the temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. Our water is naturally rich in
minerals- the healing properties of which are essential for body and soul
relaxation.
Travelling from the center of the earth, these waters with all their natural
components are gradually cooled to reach our pools at the pleasant
temperature of 37-38 degrees Celsius. Dating back thousands of years
ago, the Tiberias Hot Springs are already mentioned as early as the period
of the Biblical flood. Moreover, throughout the years the hot springs have
become a center of appeal for people from all around the world.

Situated at the Tiberias Hot Springs, Hygieia allows you to enjoy a
unique dining out experience at an elegantly designed restaurant with a
breathtaking view of the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. Our menu
offers a variety of meats and local fish such as Saint Peter's fish as well as
many others typical seasonal Galilee dishes. The front of the restaurant is
situated vis-a-vis the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights thus allowing
