Membership Fees Membership dues help support ICIRR pay for the subsidizing of buses to Springfield and D.C., food and space for meetings and retreats, and general member support. Request for Fee Waiver: In the cases where a nonprofit organization cannot pay the membership fee they will be able to apply for a waiver request. Organization that received a waiver in 2016 MUST contribute something this year. Please submit a brief letter explaining your organization’s circumstances with the membership application.
