From the date of purchase, we offer a 12 month or 10,000km
warranty (which ever comes first) on *most parts (excluding
consumables) to help cover against manufacturing defects. We
agree to either repair or replace the part if it's deemed faulty.
Most importantly, we make sure that all parts are always in
stock, listed and priced on our website.
We also stock a full range of performance parts for 50-250cc, as
well as high end racing parts.

Road Freight
Quality Control
Road freight takes approx 2-7 business days and in most cases is direct
to your door via Star Track Express on a Tail Lifter (where available).
The following Guide may help you to determine the shipping price
however is not accurate in all cases (eg. remote locations), please feel
free to email your postcode to us prior to purchase to obtain an exact
quote.
We employ our own quality control personnel to inspect the final
product in China. The bikes are encased within a steel frame,
protected by packing materials and enclosed within a rigid cardboard
carton.

Pickup/Own Transport
You're very welcome to organise your own courier to collect from our
Storage Facility in Toowoomba QLD. However please note: all goods
must be paid for in advance, it must be during our business hours,
you're responsible for your own transit insurance and an operator
charge of $25 applies if you require loading via forklift.
Upon arrival, each bike is again inspected against our 55 point
checklist. The bike is then test run, lights and horn checked, packing
list checked and panels photographed prior to dispatch. The bike will
arrive with Battery Charged, Oil & Radiator Checked, a little Fuel
added - all ready to start on arrival!
Assembly
T he
bike arrives to you fully assembled (only the mirrors need
attaching), tools supplied and all paperwork ready for registration.
