TERMA DAN SYARAT
• In the event that Repeat-Products are returned after the purchase,
points will be calculated based on General Registration. Application for
COP will not be entertained after the closing date for point calculations.
• Should any products be returned after points have been calculated, points
will be deducted accordingly from affected scores.
• Should there be any reduction in points due to product returns, contract
termination or COP resulting in the number of accumulated points
falling below the number required for winning the trip, Naturally Plus
will request for all the related expenses to be paid by the winners.
• Trip won is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or prizes. If winner
cannot attend the trip due to personal reasons (such as being unable to
obtain relevant visa to the destination), the trip will be deemed
abandoned. There will not be any substitute trip.
• Any extent of stay or deviation will be at the participant’s own expenses.
The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted to a specific airline
only. It is non-negotiable, non-endorsable, non-reissueable,
non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alteration in routing or dates
by the participants is solely at his/her own risk. Naturally Plus and its
associated agents will not be held responsibility for any inconvenience
caused and extra expense incurred. No refunds will be made for any
unused air ticket, accommodation, meals, sightseeing in part or full.
• Trip winner must agree to, and indicate their agreement by signing, the
TRAVEL INSURANCE FORM prior to departure. Those who do not do so will
be deemed to have forfeited the trip.
• Naturally Plus reserve the right to interpret the rules and to cancel, amend
and explain the contents of the campaign; if there are any changes or
updated, a separate announcement will be made.
• The campaign is open to members registered in Naturally Plus Malaysia
only; however members can earn points by sponsoring new members
in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Brunei.
Package includes (for each tour ticket holder)
• Roundtrip airfare to Phuket from Kuala Lumpur and ground
transportation to and from hotel and all organised activities.
Package DOES NOT include
• Expenses include on the journey to the airport for departure for the trip,
including local transportation and/or accommodation.
• Any “free-time” activities or optional suggestions or tours, photo calls,
laundry and any other incidentals.
• Meals not shown on itinerary.
• Any other expense not specifically mentioned herein.
Other important information
• Taxes – You will be responsible for application federal, state and local taxes,
fees and any additional charges. (e.g. CP58 in Malaysia)
• Cancellation Policy – Once you have registered for the trip and airfare is
booked, any cancelation could forfeit your chance to participate in any
future trips. You will be responsible for any charges incurred for changes
to booked flights.
• You hereby agree, by accepting MALAYSIA VOYAGE 2017: CLUB MED
PHUKET incentive trip, to release Naturally Plus and their employees
from all liabilities of every kind, including personal injury, death and
property damage arising from the acceptance of this incetive and
participation in the incentive trip.
• By participating in the MALAYSIA VOYAGE 2017: CLUB MED PHUKET
incentive trip, you hereby agree to give Naturally Plus the rights and
permission to use, reuse and publish and republish any photographs,
film and/or tape that it has been taken of you during the trip.
