For security purposes, a PIN number will be mailed to you 1-3 days after your new card is mailed. Please note, you will not be able to use your Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card until May 26, 2015. Expiration of your Benefit Bank Debit or ATM card: Your current Benefit Bank Debit Card or ATM card will expire on May 26, 2015; we recommend you destroy your Benefit Bank card at that time. When to use your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card: Please continue to use your Benefit Bank Debit Card or ATM card through May 25, 2015. Upon receipt of your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card, please keep this card and PIN number in a secure place and do not attempt to use it until May 26, 2015. At that time, you can begin to use your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card, and it will replace your old card. Please note, your card number and expiration date will change, so you will need to update any automatic payments set up through your current Benefit Bank debit card. Limits on your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card: The limits on your Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card will be $1,000.00 for point of sale (POS) and $500.00 for ATM cash withdrawals in a 24-hour period if funds are available. Debit & ATM Cards ATM Locations: You may use your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card at any Armstrong Bank ATM location without incurring a surcharge. These ATM locations can be found on the Armstrong Bank website at www. armstrongbank.com. 6 1 . D E B I T & AT M C A R D S PULSE Network: You may use your Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card at merchants displaying the PULSE logo to get cash back when you make a purchase. Simply use the debit option and enter your PIN number, then enter the amount of cash you would like to receive back. Store policies regarding cash back may vary so be sure to ask the merchant what they allow. This is a convenient way to obtain cash without visiting an ATM. Armstrong Rewards: With Armstrong Rewards you earn points to use toward gift cards and travel on every day spending. To enroll your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card, visit www.armstrongbank.com. Currency Conversion Assessment: If you make a transaction with your Armstrong Bank Check Card in currency other than U.S. dollars, MasterCard International Incorporated (“MasterCard”) will convert the charge into U.S. dollars using its currency conversion procedure. Currently the currency conversion rate used by MasterCard for such transactions is generally either a government-mandated rate or a wholesale rate determined by MasterCard for the processing cycle in which the transaction is processed. The currency conversion rate used by MasterCard for the processing date may differ from the rate in effect on the date of the transaction or the date the transaction is posted to your account. The cardholder will incur a fee for the currency conversion (See Schedule of Fees). Cross Border Fee: Transactions made with your Armstrong Bank Check Card in a foreign currency other than U.S. dollars will incur a Cross Border Fee for the transaction (See Schedule of Fees). 7 7 Deposit Accounts: Your account number(s) will not change on your deposit account(s) with this transfer, including checking, savings, Certificates of Deposit, and Money Market accounts. We will honor all outstanding Benefit Bank checks, automatic debits, Point of Sale (POS) transactions, automatic payments and preauthorized transactions after the transfer date through December 31, 2015, provided you have sufficient available balance in your Armstrong Bank account at the time of presentment of the check or automatic debit transaction. You may want to verify that your automatic payments were paid. Contact us toll free at 1-888-680-2655 or visit your local branch if there is a problem. We will continue to accept credits and debits by ACH to your new Armstrong Bank account. A notice will be sent electronically by Armstrong Bank to ACH originators that initiate electronic debits or credits to or from your account. This notice will advise the ACH originator to update their records with Armstrong Bank’s routing number. To ensure there is no disruption to your draft or direct deposit service, you may want to contact these companies to verify your new information is correct. Some originators may discontinue the automated transaction if they do not hear from you regarding the routing number change. The new “routing and transit number” on your Armstrong Bank account(s) will be 103104528. This change will be effective on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Deposit Accounts 8 Check Orders: Bank Statements: You will receive complimentary Armstrong Bank replacement checks and deposit slips in the mail, which will reflect your existing account number and Armstrong Bank’s routing and transit number. If you order checks through another source, you must provide your check vendor with the Armstrong Bank name, your account number and Armstrong Bank’s routing and transit number, which is 103104528. You will receive a final Benefit Bank statement with account activity through Friday, May 22, 2015. All accrued and unpaid interest will be credited to your account as of your final Benefit Bank statement date. Your first Armstrong Bank statement will be processed on your normal statement date. When you receive your complimentary new checks and deposit slips, please verify your personal information is correct, and keep these in a secure place. Continue to use your Benefit Bank checks until May 23, 2015. D EP OS IT ACCO U NTS 13 13 Longer Delays May Apply In some cases, we will not make all of the funds that you deposit by check available to you on the first business day after the day of your deposit. Depending on the type of check that you deposit, funds may not be available until the second (2nd) business day after the day of your deposit. However, the first $200.00 of your deposits will be available on the first business day. If we are not going to make all of the funds from your deposits available on the first business day, we will notify you at the time you make your deposit. We will also tell you when the funds will be available. If your deposit is not made directly to one of our employees, or if we decide to take this action after you have left the premises, we will mail you the notice by the day after we receive your deposit. If you will need the funds from a deposit right away, you should ask us when the funds will be available. In addition, funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under the following circumstances: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,000.00 on any one day. • You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six (6) months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment. Funds Availability Disclosure Effective: May 23, 2015 Our policy is to make funds from your deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once they are available, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you when the funds will be available. They will generally be available no later than the seventh (7th) business day after the day of your deposit. For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after this cut-off time or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day. 14 Special Rules For New Accounts If you are a new customer, the following special rules will apply during the first 30 days your account is open. Funds from electronic deposits to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from deposits of cash, wire transfers, and the first $5,000.00 of a day’s total deposits of cashier’s, certified, teller’s, traveler’s, and federal, state, and local government 2 . D EP OS IT ACCO U NTS checks will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain conditions. For example, the checks must be payable to you (and you may have to use a special deposit slip). The excess over $5,000.00 will be available on the ninth (9th) business day after the day of deposit. If your deposit of these checks (other than a U.S. Treasury check) is not made in person to one of our employees, the first $5,000.00 will not be available until the second business day after the day of your deposit. Funds from all other check deposits will be available on the eleventh (11th) business day after the day of your deposit. BOX 188 MUSKOGEE, OK 74402-0188 1-888-680-2655 15 15 Mobile Banking: Armstrong Bank offers Mobile Banking, which allows you to view account history, balances and make transfers between your Armstrong Bank accounts from your smart phone or tablet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can download the Armstrong Bank smart phone or tablet app and begin accessing Mobile Banking on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. The app is available for both Android and iOS operating systems and can be found in the App or Play store. Electronic Statements: We offer Electronic Statements and Notices (“e-Docs”) through Armstrong Bank’s Online Banking service. If you received e-Docs with your Benefit Bank account, you will continue to receive your statements electronically from Armstrong Bank. If you have not previously received e-Docs, but would like to enroll, click on the option “e-Docs” in Online Banking and follow the instructions for enrollment. You can enroll for Armstrong Bank’s e-Docs beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Electronic Banking Please read the following information thoroughly. Your Online Banking User ID will not change, but your password will change. You will maintain the same User ID that you were using to access your existing Online Banking Account. However, your password will be changed to the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID number. When you go to our website, www.armstrongbank.com, to sign on for the first time you will be prompted to create a new password and answer security questions as part of the authentication process. You can begin to use Armstrong Bank’s Online Banking on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. If you encounter a problem please call us toll free at 1-888-680-2655 or visit your local branch. 16 Remote Deposit Capture: Remote Deposit Capture allows business customers the ability to process checks and deposits from their business locations. Businesses can also accept check payments by phone to initiate ACH transactions. We will contact existing customers personally, prior to May 1, 2015, to set up a time to provide information and training on our Remote Deposit Capture system. Cash Management: Cash Management allows business customers to initiate ACH transactions (debit or credit) and initiate wire transfers. Administrative permissions are available for you to independently manage and control access. We will contact existing customers personally, prior to May 1, 2015, to set up a time to provide information and training on our Cash Management system. Telephone Banking: You will automatically be set up on Armstrong Bank’s Telephone Banking system. Initially, to access account information, you will be required to enter your account number and full Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to establish a new PIN. You may access our Telephone Banking system by calling 1-888-201-1000 or 1-918-680-6919. Initial access will be granted for all customers on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. If you encounter a problem with the Telephone Banking system, please call Armstrong Bank toll free at 1-888-680-2655 or visit your local branch. Online Bill Pay: You can access Online Bill Pay through Armstrong Bank’s Online Banking by simply clicking on the option for Bill Pay. Please note that your current history, recurring payments, payment categories, and payees with Benefit Bank’s Bill Pay service will not transfer to Armstrong Bank’s Bill Pay system. We recommend you print or save any history, payees, and other information you may need. You will automatically be enrolled for Bill Pay on Armstrong Bank’s Bill Pay system beginning Tuesday, May 26, 2015. You will need to set up any payees and recurring payments you had. BUSINESS SOLUTIONS Transaction History will begin on the new system on May 26, 2015. If you need assistance with set up, contact us toll free at 1-888-680-2655 or visit your local branch. In preparing for the transfer, the last day to schedule a Bill Pay payment in the Benefit Bank online banking system is May 15, 2015. For payments scheduled for delivery during the conversion weekend, please check with your merchants to ensure payments are received. We apologize for any inconvenience. eBill: Armstrong Bank does not currently offer the eBill service. If you are using this product, you will need to make other arrangements to receive your bills by contacting each payee. We apologize for any inconvenience. Armstrong Bank is always re-evaluating our current Electronic Banking products and enhancing them to make them the best they can be. All Benefit Bank customers who enroll and send a payment through Armstrong Bank’s Bill Pay service will be given a one-time $10.00 credit to their account. In order to take advantage of this offer, the payment must be sent by July 31, 2015. 3 . There will be no changes to the terms and conditions on your loan. Your account numbers will not change. You may continue to make payments at your local branch or online at www.armstrongbank.com. If you use a coupon book to make your payments, you will receive a new coupon book from Armstrong Bank. Visit your local branch to find out how we can help you. Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payments: We will continue to accept loan payments by ACH to your new Armstrong Bank loan. A notice will be sent electronically by Armstrong Bank to ACH originators that initiate electronic payments to your loan. This notice will advise the ACH originators to update their records with Armstrong Bank’s routing number. To ensure there is no disruption to your payment you may want to contact these companies to verify your new information is correct. Some originators may discontinue the automated transaction if they do not hear from you regarding the routing number change. The new “routing and transit number” on your Armstrong Bank account(s) will be 103104528. This change will be effective on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
