When to expect your new
Armstrong Bank MasterCard
Check Card:
You will receive your new Armstrong Bank
MasterCard Check Card the week of May 11, 2015.
For security purposes, a PIN number will be mailed
to you 1-3 days after your new card is mailed. Please
note, you will not be able to use your Armstrong Bank
MasterCard Check Card until May 26, 2015.
Expiration of your Benefit Bank
Debit or ATM card:
Your current Benefit Bank Debit Card or ATM card
will expire on May 26, 2015; we recommend you destroy
your Benefit Bank card at that time. When to use your new Armstrong
Bank MasterCard Check Card:
Please continue to use your Benefit Bank Debit Card
or ATM card through May 25, 2015. Upon receipt of
your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check Card,
please keep this card and PIN number in a secure place
and do not attempt to use it until May 26, 2015. At
that time, you can begin to use your new Armstrong
Bank MasterCard Check Card, and it will replace
your old card. Please note, your card number and

any automatic payments set up through your current
Benefit Bank debit card.

PULSE Network:
You may use your Armstrong
Bank MasterCard Check Card
at merchants displaying the
PULSE logo to get cash back
when you make a purchase.
Simply use the debit option and
enter your PIN number, then
enter the amount of cash you
would like to receive back.
Store policies regarding cash

the merchant what they allow. This is a convenient way
to obtain cash without visiting an ATM.
Armstrong Rewards:
With Armstrong Rewards you earn points to use
toward gift cards and travel on every day spending. To
enroll your new Armstrong Bank MasterCard Check
Card, visit www.armstrongbank.com.
Currency Conversion Assessment:
If you make a transaction with your Armstrong
Bank Check Card in currency other than U.S.
dollars, MasterCard International Incorporated
(“MasterCard”) will convert the charge into U.S.
dollars using its currency conversion procedure.
Currently the currency conversion rate used by
MasterCard for such transactions is generally either
a government-mandated rate or a wholesale rate
determined by MasterCard for the processing cycle
in which the transaction is processed. The currency
conversion rate used by MasterCard for the processing
date may differ from the rate in effect on the date of
the transaction or the date the transaction is posted to
your account. The cardholder will incur a fee for the
currency conversion (See Schedule of Fees).
Cross Border Fee:
Transactions made with your Armstrong Bank Check
Card in a foreign currency other than U.S. dollars
will incur a Cross Border Fee for the transaction (See
Schedule of Fees).

Deposit Accounts:
Your account number(s) will not change on your deposit account(s) with this
transfer, including checking, savings, Certificates of Deposit, and Money
Market accounts. We will honor all outstanding Benefit Bank checks, automatic
debits, Point of Sale (POS) transactions, automatic payments and preauthorized
transactions after the transfer date through December 31, 2015, provided you
have sufficient available balance in your Armstrong Bank account at the time of
presentment of the check or automatic debit transaction. You may want to verify
that your automatic payments were paid. Contact us toll free at 1-888-680-2655
or visit your local branch if there is a problem.
We will continue to accept credits and debits by ACH to your new Armstrong Bank
account. A notice will be sent electronically by Armstrong Bank to ACH originators
that initiate electronic debits or credits to or from your account. This notice will
advise the ACH originator to update their records with Armstrong Bank’s routing
number.
To ensure there is no disruption to your draft or direct deposit service, you may
want to contact these companies to verify your new information is correct. Some
originators may discontinue the automated transaction if they do not hear from
you regarding the routing number change. The new “routing and transit
number” on your Armstrong Bank account(s) will be 103104528. This
change will be effective on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.

Longer Delays May Apply
In some cases, we will not make all of the funds that
you deposit by check available to you on the first
business day after the day of your deposit. Depending
on the type of check that you deposit, funds may not
be available until the second (2nd) business day after
the day of your deposit. However, the first $200.00 of
your deposits will be available on the first business day.
If we are not going to make all of the funds from your
deposits available on the first business day, we will notify
you at the time you make your deposit. We will also tell
you when the funds will be available. If your deposit is
not made directly to one of our employees, or if we decide
to take this action after you have left the premises, we
will mail you the notice by the day after we receive your
deposit.
If you will need the funds from a deposit right away,
you should ask us when the funds will be available.
In addition, funds you deposit by check may be delayed
for a longer period under the following circumstances:
• We believe a check you deposit will not be paid.
• You deposit checks totaling more than $5,000.00
on any one day.
• You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid.
• You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the
last six (6) months.
• There is an emergency, such as failure of
communications or computer equipment.
Funds Availability Disclosure
Effective: May 23, 2015
Our policy is to make funds from your deposits available to you on
the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Electronic
direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit.
Once they are available, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we
will use the funds to pay checks that you have written.
We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw
funds for any of these reasons, and we will tell you
when the funds will be available. They will generally be
available no later than the seventh (7th) business day
after the day of your deposit.
For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a
business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If
you make a deposit before 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday on a
business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day
of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after this cut-off time
or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was
made on the next business day.
14
Special Rules For New Accounts
If you are a new customer, the following special rules
will apply during the first 30 days your account is open.
Funds from electronic deposits to your account will be
available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from
deposits of cash, wire transfers, and the first $5,000.00
of a day’s total deposits of cashier’s, certified, teller’s,
traveler’s, and federal, state, and local government
2 . D EP OS IT ACCO U NTS
checks will be available on the first business day after
the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain
conditions. For example, the checks must be payable
to you (and you may have to use a special deposit slip).
The excess over $5,000.00 will be available on the ninth
(9th) business day after the day of deposit. If your deposit
of these checks (other than a U.S. Treasury check) is
not made in person to one of our employees, the first
$5,000.00 will not be available until the second business
day after the day of your deposit.
Funds from all other check deposits will be available on the
eleventh (11th) business day after the day of your deposit.
Draft/Direct Deposit or Automated
Clearing House (ACH) Entries:
We will continue to accept credits and debits by ACH
to your new Armstrong Bank account. A notice will
be sent electronically by Armstrong Bank to ACH
originators that initiate electronic debits or credits to
or from your account. This notice will advise the ACH
originator to update their records with Armstrong
Bank’s routing number.
To ensure there is no disruption to your draft or
direct deposit service you may want to contact these
companies to verify your new information is correct.
Some originators may discontinue the automated
transaction if they do not hear from you regarding the
routing number change. The new “routing and transit
number” on your Armstrong Bank account(s) will be
103104528. This change will be effective on Tuesday,

terms and conditions on your loan. Your account numbers will not change.
You may continue to make payments at your local branch or online at www.armstrongbank.com.
If you use a coupon book to make your payments, you will receive a new coupon book from
Armstrong Bank. If you have an automatic transfer from your account, these transfers will
continue to be made as scheduled.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payments:
We will continue to accept loan payments by ACH to your new Armstrong Bank loan. A notice will be sent
electronically by Armstrong Bank to ACH originators that initiate electronic payments to your loan. This notice
will advise the ACH originators to update their records with Armstrong Bank’s routing number.
To ensure there is no disruption to your payment you may want to contact these companies to verify your new
information is correct. Some originators may discontinue the automated transaction if they do not hear from
you regarding the routing number change. The new “routing and transit number” on your Armstrong Bank
account(s) will be 103104528. This change will be effective on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.
