Uso en paredes y suelos
No se complique y utilice las
soluciones Roxtec BG™ para
entradas en paredes y suelos en
construcciones pre-fabricadas
o fijas. Los marcos de Roxtec
requieren un único corte para
poder instalar la carga de cables y
cada cable quedará asegurado y
derivado a tierra de acuerdo a los
estándares eléctricos. Los equipos
de mantenimiento podrá añadir o
eliminar cables fácilmente y sin
necesidad de más componentes.
Fácil diseño e instalación
La simplicidad del sistema permite
el diseño de soluciones de sellado
en muy poco tiempo. Lo único
que hay que tener en cuenta son
los materiales y los requisitos
de clasificación. Los marcos
Roxtec para soluciones BG™
se ofrecen en acero inoxidable,
acero galvanizado y acero dulce
imprimado. Además del marco,
sólo hay que elegir entre los siete
tamaños de módulo disponibles
para acomodar cables de 3 mm
(0,118”) a 99 mm (3,898”). Tan sólo
hace falta la unidad de compresión
añadida o integrada y, en algunos
casos, las placas de separación,
para disponer de una solución de
sellado completa.

Intended applications
The Roxtec BG™ product family is designed to safely and efficiently bond
or ground armored and shielded cables through a single cut-out or opening in a wall, floor or electrical enclosure. The product provides a secure
means of cable terminations and pass-throughs, provides an environmental
and fire resistant seal, and establishes a secure bonding path to ground for
metallic cable components. The product is certified for use in hazardous
locations where required by local codes and regulations. The Roxtec BG™
system complies with EU directive 2002/95/EC, Restriction of Hazardous
Substances (RoHS).

Cables
The module is designed for use with a wide variety of cables where the
protective armor or shield/screen has to be connected to ground meeting
requirements for bonding and grounding in electrical installations. During
the test and certification process, the products have been tested with:
n Cables with a circular cross-section such as, wire and braided armored
cables (..WA, ..WB), smooth metal tubes and foil sheeted cables.
n Continuous welded and interlocking armored cables such as, MC,
MC-HL, TECK, AC, ACWU and ACIC.
