Outdoor Entertaining
For some years, BeefEater have been pioneering the concept of total outdoor
entertaining where the barbecue becomes part of a partial, or complete
outdoor kitchen. This brochure features many such applications. From the
ability to position a mobile barbecue unit into an outdoor kitchen configuration, to the complete BeefEater ‘Ivis’ outdoor kitchen centre, featured on
pages 8 to 11 of this brochure – the barbecue has now become the heart of
the ‘outdoor kitchen’.
The real benefit of the BeefEater outdoor range, is the ability to custom
design an outdoor kitchen to include a host of important factors, such as individual lifestyle requirements, available space and the configuration of the
existing home and outdoor entertaining area.
Building or renovating is the perfect time to add on an outdoor kitchen. By
including it from the early planning and design stage and coordinating it
with planned exterior finishes, the outdoor kitchen can become an
outstanding feature of the home. A feature that can increase the enjoyment
of the outdoor living space while at the same time, adding value and appeal.
However, major renovations or building is not necessary to include an

Quartz Start®
Ignition
The innovative BeefEater 'Quartz Start®' ignition system
is built into the gas control of every burner for trouble
free starting. The titanium coated ignition pin provides a
more positive spark every time. With 'Quartz Start®'
technology there are no cumbersome push buttons or
batteries to replace, ever!
Anti Flare
Technology®
Multi Purpose Cooking Bay
- High Output Side Burner
BeefEater’s clever Anti Flare technology works hand in
hand with the Vaporizer® Heat Reflector System to help
reduce those annoying flare-ups while cooking. Less
flare-ups means more control on the cooking surface and
better flavour!.
The multipurpose cooking bay offers a choice of cooking
options catering for all cooking needs. The powerful 19MJ
(18000 BTU) side burner is ideal for creating tasty stir-fries,
steamed vegetables, sauces or marinades. A high output
rail burner, used in combination with a grill or hotplate can
be used to increase the cooking capacity and flexibility.

Step 1. Read through this concept brochure
carefully, then select the BeefEater
built in, mobile barbecue or ‘outdoor
kitchen’ system, together with the
various accessories you would like to
include in your outdoor kitchen area.
Step 2. Decide whether to build the outdoor
kitchen as a fixed, permanent feature,
or whether to maintain a degree of
flexibility by utilising the modular
BeefEater ‘Ivis’ units featured on
pages 8, 9, 10 and 11 of this brochure.
RF Technology®
– Rust Free Cooktops
BeefEater’s ‘Rust Free’ cooktops are available as
standard throughout the entire range of ‘Signature’
series barbecues. Using porcelain enamel, one of the
world’s toughest, most durable cooking surfaces, rusty
cooktops are a thing of the past.
Stainless Steel
– Lifetime Warranty
BeefEater’s ‘flagship’ barbecue range is manufactured
from commercial 304 grade stainless steel – corrosion
resistant, hygienic and easy to maintain. BeefEater offers
a limited Lifetime warranty on all stainless steel structural
components in its ‘SL4000s, S3000s & Signature ‘Plus’
series barbecues. Ask your dealer for full details on
BeefEater’s comprehensive warranty program.
Stainless Steel
Cooktops
BeefEater’s solid 304 grade stainless steel cooktops are
standard on the SL4000s series barbecues. Made from
heavy gauge stainless steel rod and plate, these stylish
and practical cooktops are corrosion resistant, hygienic
and easy to maintain.
Step 3. Go to the blank design sheet (included
with this brochure) and follow the
simple instructions to design the ideal,
individual outdoor kitchen.
Step 4. Take the design to the local BeefEater
specialist dealer who can supply all of
the barbecue requirements and, if
needed, the details of local
tradespeople who can build and install
the outdoor kitchen. Assistance on
finding the nearest BeefEater specialist
dealer can be obtained by visiting the

contacting them by phone.
Vaporizer® Grid & Heat
Reflector System
BeefEater’s 304 grade stainless steel Vaporizer® grid
system reduces heat loss below the burners by focusing
heat directly at the cooking surfaces, where it’s needed.
More heat at the cooking surface means faster
barbecuing, less heat waste and increased fuel economy.
Porcelain Enamel
– 10 Year Warranty
BeefEater’s S3000e series barbecues are made with
porcelain enamel coated steel, one of the most durable
finishes for outdoor cooking appliances. Porcelain enamel
is easy to maintain, hygienic, durable, scratch resistant
and will not scorch or discolour. BeefEater offers a 10 year
warranty on all porcelain enamel structural components in
its S3000e series barbecues. Ask your dealer for full
details on BeefEater’s comprehensive warranty program.
Integrated Convection
Roasting Hood
Each BeefEater fully integrated, large capacity,
removable, double lined stainless or porcelain enamel
roasting hood is fitted with a temperature gauge and
stainless steel warming rack. Roasting hoods are
available with or without a large viewing window.
