RETURNS AND CLAIMS
If shipment arrives short from a carrier then a freight claim must be made with that carrier. Our responsibility ends when we
receive a signed bill of B.O.L. All claims of shortage from a sealed carton must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order.
Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition along with packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply. We can not except
returns on merchandise that has been altered in any way including packaging alterations like price stickers etc.
