I hope this newsletter finds you and your family in good health. The Simpson Morgan Williams Family Reunion Committee has been working very hard to
plan our upcoming Reunion. Our festivities will be held at the Embassy Suites
Located at 1815 S. Meridian Oklahoma City, OK beginning Friday June
20th and ending Sunday Afternoon June 22nd. The room rate is $114.00/night + tax.
This rate includes a 2 room suite and a full Breakfast Buffet each morning;
and each evening a Manager Social Hour. To make Reservations call the Embassy Suites at (405) 682-6000. Be sure to mention that you are
with the Simpson Morgan Williams Family Reunion to get the correct
room rate. Unfortunately, you will not be
able to make Reservations on line and
get this room rate. You must call the hotel directly. We suggest you make your
reservation early as this is a beautiful hotel centrally located and surrounded by a
variety of entertainment including but not
limited to; White Water Park, The
Oklahoma Historical Society and Celebration Station. The hotel is approximately 4 miles from the Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City,
and the Botanical Gardens. If you are looking for entertainment, Bricktown has it
all. Movies, a variety of restaurants, clubs, a ball park, a river walk and lots of
shopping opportunities, just to name a few. Bricktown is the place to be!

Dues/Fees: $75.00/adult (includes ages 21 and above)
$25.00/minors (includes ages 20 and below).
*These fees include the luncheon buffet, the picnic, rental of hotel facilities
(Luncheon / Meeting rooms and Hospitality Suite) for the events, printing and mailing the newsletters, and cards for condolence, birthdays etc.
*It is important that dues/fees be paid early. This allows us to secure the hotel and
other facilities and equipment necessary for an enjoyable reunion. These fees can
