for an extraordinary jazz experience!
Located between the famous seaside resorts of Cannes and Antibes, Jazz á Juan has presented the
great artists of jazz on stage in an intimate and unique setting under the one hundred year old
pine trees of Pinède Gould facing the Mediterranean Sea since 1960... This rich lineup of jazz
legends has included everyone from Charles Mingus and Dizzy Gillespie to Stan Getz, Sarah Vaughan,
Sonny Rollins, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald performing a cicada duet, and much more!
The festival also features ‘off ’ fringe concerts featuring experimental jazz as well as brass bands
parading the streets of Juan les Pins, and jam sessions at midnight on the beach under the stars.

MARCUS MILLER - two-time Grammy winning bassist and multi-instrumentalist
GREGORY PORTER - “the Man with the Beautiful Voice”
ARCHIE SHEPP - Lord of the Saxophone
- And additional sets by vocalists Selah Sue and Hugh Coltman.
- Enjoy the Jam Sessions at midnight on the beach as well as sets with new talent.
The Fabulous Côte d’Azur
Explore the fabled seaside haunts of the Riviera
and the hilltop villages steeped in medieval history.
Partake in the extraordinary wine & cuisine that is France.
Visit the homes and museums of Chagall, Matisse, Renoir,
and Picasso, who created their masterpieces in this area.
And delight in the enchanting Mediterranean Sea.
The Jazz Gallery Tour Details
Accommodations:
Six nights at the 4-star Garden Beach Hotel, located on the beach
just a stone’s throw from the concert venue (7/17 arrival, 7/23 departure).
Upgrade to sea view room or suites available.
Meals: Breakfast, and either luncheon or dinner daily.
Welcome Reception. Farewell Reception.
Sightseeing
Private guided walking tours, motor tours to: Antibes
Venice, Eze and either Monte Carlo or the Art museums
(some sightseeing preferences to be determined).
A private motor boat tour of coastline
between Cannes and Monte Carlo.
Transportation:
Transfers to hotel from airport.
Transfers to luncheons off site.
Transfers for sightseeing excursions.

There will be a meeting once the group is determined to fine tune some of the tour preferences in June. A refundable $500 deposit
is required to hold the reservation (refundable within 60 days of cancelation). Travel insurance is recommended.
Not included: Airfare to Nice. Delta has a non stop trip from JFK to Nice daily. (Depart USA on July 16th).

Air Travel
Fly into Nice or fly to Paris or another gateway city and take a local airline to Nice. Delta has a non-stop flight
from JFK to Nice. Depart USA on the 16th for arrival on the 17th of July.
Payment Schedule
Deposit of $500 per person upon reservation. This can be made by credit card or check or as a donation through
