What Makes Michael’s So Good?
Our WOOD FIRED OVEN was imported from Italy, and is specifically
designed to make pizza in the old world fashion. Our brick-oven
pizzas are created with our signature dough, fresh mozzarella
cheese, and plum tomato sauces made from tomatoes grown in the
legendary San Marzano region of Italy. We
create our own homemade gourmet cream
sauces, and use a variety of the freshest and
finest pizza toppings available anywhere. All
combined by Michael to create artisan pizzas
from nationally and internationally award
winning recipes.
