No receiving cellphone number was setup. 2. No receiving E-mail address was setup. Suggestion: 1. Check the MMS settings; enter the necessary parameters. Possible cause: 1. The system can’t find the image file when sending the MMS. This can happen if the system is unstable (very low probability). Suggestion: 1. When the GSM and GPRS signal are both OK, resend the message. 2. When the GSM and GPRS signal are poor, change a location and try again; 3. If 1 and 2 don’t work and the error code 3919 always appears, return the camera for repairs. Possible cause: This will appear when a new MMS procedure is started and the previous MMS sending is not finished. Suggestion: If the device always shows 3926, 3927 or 3928, there may be a hardware defect. Return the camera for repair (very small probability). 22 940-GSM4 3939 3941 3942 -85 Failed to open network Network not deactivated Network error Not enough balance in SIM card; MMS setting error; Other error codes Appendix Ⅱ: Error Code Possible cause: 1. The GSM network is poor or not well covered with the GPRS network. 2. An instability in signal transmission causes some MMS parameters to be missing when the GSM base station perform a data analysis. If transmission is poor, the camera may show various error codes. Suggestion: 1. Contact the network provider if the GPRS network is well covered in that area. 2. Change a location and try again. Try in a public place, where there is usually good signal. 3. If the GPRS signal covers the area but is weak, try to use an better antenna, such as an SMA type with a gain of 10 db. Possible cause: 1. The SIM card is not enough balance. 2. Incorrect settings. 3. The GSM network is poor, causing timeout problems (very small probability). Suggestion: 1. Please check to make sure your SIM card has enough balance. 2. Check the MMS settings. Many codes in the list are used for debugging during the product design phase. Most of them will not appear to users. Please ignore the other error codes and contract your vendor.
