Terra Vecchia is a smart modern villa located in the
village of Muratello, just outside Porto Vecchio.

Spacious and bright inside, the open-plan
living area is decorated in neutral tones with
splashes of colour and large picture windows
looking out to the pool and terrace. The large
kitchen area is very well equipped and all facilities
and furnishings are of a high standard throughout.
Each bedroom has direct access to either the
terrace or, in the case of the upstairs en-suite
master bedroom, a generously sized balcony. The private swimming pool is surrounded by
ample decking with further grounds covered in
lavender and other shrubs of the maquis growing
between boulders of granite rock. From this sun-drenched, south facing garden there are
lovely views across a handful of neighbouring
Most days you will find a small grocer just
around the corner, selling a basic range of
fruit and vegetables as well as wine, bread and
cheese. For days or evenings out, it is just a 6km
drive to the stylish town of Porto Vecchio and the
nearest beaches of Santa Giulia and San Ciprianu
are also with easy reach, both of which are quite
stunning and offer a variety of water sports.

shower room, separate wc, terrace. First floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room
and wc, balcony.

Private pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.15m-1.8m) with electric cover, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television,
hi-fi, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning.
We loved the villa – particularly the
outside area and the view from the terrace.
