cosmetic chemist, Madame Baché. She was
a modern woman – determined, intelligent and
ambitious – who knew that improving the condition
of a woman’s skin could not only improve her overall

and seasonal changes all affect the skin.

are the only college in Australia that’s integrated with
a leading skincare brand.
Understanding both your skin type and skin condition
will ensure that the best products and treatments are
prescribed to restore your skin and maintain it at its

We proactively work with our industry partners,
salons and other employers throughout the beauty
industry to ensure that our tuition is at the forefront of
the latest trends and technology.
Our therapists look at every customer’s skin on the
surface but most importantly at a cellular level via our
unique skin diagnostic technology. We invest heavily
in developing diagnostic tools that are the best on the
market and create a unique and valued experience
for our clients.
Our college is nationally and internationally accredited
as a Registered Training Organisation and it’s also an
Educational Sponsor of the Advanced Association
for Beauty Therapists (AABTH), the beauty industry’s
premier professional beauty association.
Each personal diagnosis is then documented and
complemented by a treatment, a homecare solution
as well as a skincare program that addresses the
specific needs of the skin; giving it the best chance it
has of being its healthiest and most vibrant.
PRODUCT
We employ an Australian team of researchers to
create products that cater for the needs of Australian
skin, including harsh sun, over exposure and
damaging UVA and UVB rays. This gives us an edge
and a unique insight into the needs of our customers
that our competitors don’t have.
We offer flexible study options, including full-time
study on campus and an online education program
which allows students to study off campus and at
their own pace.
We also employ an expert team of field trainers to
assist our salons with ongoing training and education
in the latest skincare treatments, techniques and
products. In-salon training is delivered on a regular
basis and focuses on the staff’s individual needs.

Financial support
Ella Baché together with Bell Partners have
established a financial funding process to enable
new franchisees to access financial backing,
and insurances in a comfortable and supportive
environment.
Ella Baché applicants will be directed to Bell Partners
for briefings and preliminary preparation.
This process will include preparing the relevant
documentation, supportive documentation
and assistance in preparing your bank
finance application. Experienced Bell Partners
representatives are available to the applicant
