Exercise Classes — All classes are free unless otherwise stated. You must have a Physician Release Form on file and complete our
fitness orientation to attend fitness/dance classes or to use the fitness room. Exercise at your own pace.
Aerobic Impact: Light-to-medium-paced aerobics, light weight lifting, elastic bands, ballistic balls, circuit
training and more. We will work on balance and range of motion as well. Come try it out!!
