LivingWell by HealthSpring
Since HealthSpring first launched the LivingWell program
in late 2006, it has been met with enthusiasm from both
members and doctors. HealthSpring’s LivingWell facilities act
as an extension of primary care and offer members access to
a comprehensive care team, which includes a specially trained
nurse, a case manager and a pharmacist, all working closely
with the primary care doctor to carry out each member’s
personalized care plan. LivingWell is exclusively provided
to HealthSpring members to deliver highly personalized
medical care with more member resources available at
one convenient location. A member’s primary care doctor
may suggest a visit to LivingWell for various reasons, as
services range from an annual flu shot to comprehensive
physicals. LivingWell is not a replacement of primary
care and interested members should talk to their primary
care doctor to see if LivingWell is a right fit for them.
