Founder and Director
Stephen O’Dell is a registered Architect in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Mr. O’Dell has over 30 years in
the architecture and construction industry and has extensive experience in the planning, design and construction of many diverse building types, including high rise residential buildings, master planning, institutional, and commercial projects.
He has collaborated with numerous internationally recognized architects such as Steven Holl, Gwathmey Seigel and Anderson Architects. Relative experience includes the Ambassador’s Residence at the Swiss Embassy, Washington D.C. and numerous other projects in the United States.
