Just Say “Mic Mac” CHRISPRO© JET-MILL - MC 300 KX - TP (top discharge) - Micronizing Plant High Volume Production Micronization Plant (similar to all production sizes from 300 to 900) An Industrial scale micronizing plant, designed to process large batches of powders. The system is comprised a 20'' Jet Mill, entirely made of 316-L mirror polished, with top discharge of the micronized product and the possibility to interchange the ring and sets of nozzles with different angles. Feeding is by a screw feeder mounted on a stainless steel support and controlled by an electronic speed adjustment system. A sanitary cyclone is supplied for recovery of the micronized products coming out the jet-mill. The cyclone is equipped with an inspection door for easy filter and cleaning access. A silencer is mounted directly on the inlet cone of the micronizer to reduce the noise level. The mill is connected to the filter by a flexible 8” pharmaquality pipe (flex or stainless). A NEMA 4X control cabinet houses the pressure regulators, manometers and full electrical control. The unit is supported on a GMP stainless steel frame. All the parts of the plant are easy to assemble and clean.
