WATS 2015 Training Needs Analysis - Threat and Error Management • If Threat and Error Management (TEM) fails: potential for Undesired Aircraft States (UAS) • Flight crews must employ countermeasures to keep threats, errors and undesired aircraft states from reducing margins of safety in flight operations.
