Citizens of Indiana County:
Dear Citizens of Indiana County:
The Indiana County Sheriffs’ Office
is constantly working on trying to
locate and apprehend fugitives who
have committed crimes and to reduce
the large number of outstanding arrest
warrants. These persons need to be
brought before the courts and held
accountable for their criminal conduct.
Many of these fugitives are a
serious safety concern to the public
and need to be taken off the streets.
These persons are also costing everyone, by not paying fines,
costs, restitution and child support.
The Sheriffs’ Office working in a combined effort with the
Indiana County District Attorney, Indiana County Probation,
Domestic Relations Office, Pennsylvania State Police, and all
Municipal Police in Indiana County are working to get these
individuals off the streets.
With the help of The Indiana Gazette, there is now a publication
provided with listed individuals wanted by law enforcement
agencies in Indiana County. We are asking all citizens to review
the photos and information listed in this important publication.
With your help, by simply making a phone call with any
information concerning these individuals, we can make a
difference in ongoing investigations and help to provide a safer
environment for all county residences.

these criminals from the streets, and help keep Indiana County
Safe.

In order for our Criminal Justice
System to work, defendants must face
the consequences of their criminal
conduct and appear when required by
the Courts. In some cases,
defendants decide to run from the
law; these decisions negatively
impact our community in many ways,
including the risk of the defendants
re-offending, the cost of locating and
transporting the fugitives, the cost of
court resources to manage and track
the backlog of fugitive cases, and the
financial, physical, and emotional cost to the victims of crime in
not receiving justice in a timely manner.
In an effort to locate these fugitives, law enforcement agencies
in Indiana County have joined together to produce this publication
featuring Indiana County’s “Most Wanted.” These individuals are
charged with crimes, wanted for probation and parole violations,
or wanted for failure to pay fines, restitution, or child support.
Indiana County law enforcement agencies take seriously their
responsibility to fight crime and protect the citizens of our county.
To be successful, however, we need your assistance. Please
review the fugitive listings, and if you have any information about
the whereabouts of any of these individuals, please contact the
police agency requesting the individual, the Indiana County
Sheriff’s Office at (724) 465-3930, or the District Attorney’s Office
at (724) 465-3835. You may also contact your local police
department with information.

justice. Working together, we can maintain the quality of life that

of The Indiana Gazette and the men and women of law
enforcement in Indiana County. This is an initiative to
assure the success of the justice system as formed by
the U.S. and Pennsylvania constitutions.
Defendants appearing in “Indiana County’s Most
Wanted” are considered innocent until proven guilty.
The charges filed against them are not evidence of
guilt. Suspects are entitled to legal representation and
have the right to question the witnesses and evidence
presented against them in court.
All warrants for subjects listed were active at the time of
publication deadline. Contact the listing law enforcement
agency to verify that a warrant is still active.
