Items Eligible for Return Damaged Product – Damaged product must be indicated on carrier’s delivery receipt and must be reported to your McKesson Plasma Sales Representative within two business days of receipt. Damaged products requiring refrigeration must be reported the same day of product delivery. 2. Conditions of Return – All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RA) number, provided by McKesson Plasma and Biologics. – An RA number is valid for 7 business days from the date of receipt. – An RA is an authorization to return product, not a guarantee of credit. – T he credit amount for returned products is based on the original purchase price. 3. Procedures for Returning Items – Contact your Plasma Sales Representative 877.MCK.BLOOD to have a Returned Goods Authorization Form e-mailed/faxed to you. – Upon approval, McKesson Plasma and Biologics will issue you an RA number. – Complete necessary information requested and e-mail/fax back to your McKesson Plasma Sales Representative. – Please include a copy of your RA with your return, and the return must be sent to the address indicated on the RA. – Please be sure that the RA number is prominently displayed on the outside shipping container or address label. 4. Disclaimers – McKesson Plasma and Biologics reserves the right to change conditions of the Return Goods Policy without notice. – McKesson Plasma and Biologics is not responsible for merchandise returned without prior authorization and reserves the right to reject said shipment and charge the customer for any incurred costs. – Product not returned within 7 business days of receipt of an RA number is not eligible for credit. – Damaged product not reported within two business days of receipt is not eligible for credit. – Product purchased on a non-returnable basis, including refrigerated products, is not eligible for credit. 5.
