The Supreme Court now dislikes a
two step permit handling
• 2009 ruling granted that the new quarry operation
is allowed at this particular location. The ruling
was indirectly approved by the Supreme Court
• 2012 ruling granted the final permit and terms for
the once allowed operation
• Now, in 2013 the Supreme Court disliked this two
step handling
• The Natura 2000 impact assessment must be considered along with the final terms of the operation
