VAPOR RECOVERY
The HEALY™ brand 400 Series ORVR (onboard refueling
vapor recovery) nozzle converts a vacuum assisted vapor
recovery system to ORVR-ready with no added below
ground systems, excavation, or costly electronics. The
nozzle automatically distinguishes whether a vehicle is
equipped with an onboard canister or not, and adjusts the
vapor return rate accordingly.

Ordering Information
•The vapor flow is matched to the liquid flow by the nozzle
itself, rather than by complex electronic controls and pumps
in the dispenser.
•Both the ORVR and vapor flow controls are built directly
into the nozzle for simplified installation, reduced system
costs, and reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
•Comes with two standard safety shut-off features
including a pressure sensing feature that terminates flow
at the end of a prepaid sale even if the hook is still
engaged and a horizontal shut-off to terminate flow
whenever the spout tip is raised above horizontal.
•Available with or without hold-open clip for full or
self-service.
