“As a stay-at-home mother of 13 years, I was looking for a new opportunity to enrich my
life. My mother, Team Leader Diana Willemsen, introduced me to Signature HomeStyles
two years ago, but it wasn’t until some recent life changes that a spark was ignited in me
to try something for myself. I love the products and getting to meet new people. I am
loving the opportunity to be around other women who are supportive of one another
and have similar goals. It feels good to be part of such a great company that empowers
women to step out of their comfort zone, to try new things, and to feel valued. I love
to travel and the prospect of earning a trip was also very appealing. With my sales
commission, I have started a savings account and plan to have some spending money

Emerald Achievement Award
You can earn the Emerald Achievement Award for consistently building a balanced business.
To qualify, meet the following requirements during the Awards Year:
Submit at least 88 qualified Shows (average eight qualified Shows per Bonus month). Have at least 11 JumpStarts (average one Recruit per Bonus month). A Jump-Start is a June through May Start-Up with a minimum
of 4 qualified Shows in her Training Period. Promote at least one new first-line Leader who qualifies for three
consecutive Bonus months within her first seven months of promoting between April of the previous Awards
Year and May of the current Awards Year.
As an Emerald Achievement Award recipient, you also will be recognized at Convention with a crystal award. You will receive a beautiful 14K
gold bracelet adorned with three emeralds identifying you as an Emerald Achiever earner. You will have three emeralds added to your
bracelet each subsequent year you achieve this prestigious award.
