The extraordinary Villas Villa Goran, Villa Petra Villa Vikki are perfect for a holiday in complete privacy at the
romantic and idyllic Makarska Riviera, only 1 hour or approximately 70 km from the airport Split. Each of our villas
is unique and created for guests with high standards of quality and individuality.
All 3 villas enjoy a stunning location with views of the sea and the offshore islands. Villa Petra Villa and Vikki are
adjacent. Villa Vikki has open sea view. Villa Goran is located behind the Villas Petra Villa and Vikki. The nearest
small beach, with crystal clear water is approximately 800 meters. The nearest supermarket is only about 200 m.
The villa is located within the gated complex of four luxury villas, each villa separately fenced with a private
garden, flowers, private pool and parking. The villa extends to the location of 480 square meters and consists of
three floors: ground floor, basement, first floor and gallery. Each floor area is 80 square meters, all rooms are
equipped with air conditioning and heating (floor heating). Each room has a TV with over 3,000 satellite programs
(8 TV receivers).
The villa has a private heated swimming pool of 7 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep with massage waterfall. From the balconies
and terraces of the villa you have a beautiful view of the sea and islands of Brac and Hvar, and on the other side of
the mountain. In the basement there is a beautiful Dalmatian tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen and a massive
wooden table. Beside the pool is a covered terrace with a large table for socializing and dining. If you decide to
