THE BIG NIGHT OF THE HOTEL INDUSTRY

ast 16th October, the hotel and tourism industry gathered at the Roca Barcelona Gallery
to collect the Roca Awards to the Hotel Initiative, which are organised by Gran Hotel Turismo
magazine of Grupo Curt Ediciones. The granting of the monolith by sculptor Domènec Fita
was the highlight of an evening that acknowledges the quality offered by the Spanish hotel

he 10th Roca Awards to the
Hotel Initiative, organised by
Gran Hotel Turismo magazine
and sponsored by Roca, were
granted last 16th October at
the Roca Barcelona Gallery. The awards
ceremony gathered more than 200 guests,
including top officials, representatives of
the hotel, tourism and gastronomy industries and the media.
The Roca Awards to the Hotel Initiative
had the support of Amenities Pack Novotecnic, Grupo Solsegur, Viajes El Corte Inglés, Vermut Miró, Bardinet, Bellsolà, Duni,
Torelló, Enrique Tomás, Interpharma, Resuinsa, Tea Shop, Sushi Box, Mastinell,
NB Gin and Fever-Tree.
Established in 1993 by Gran Hotel Turismo, the Roca Awards to the Hotel Initiative acknowledge and pay tribute to the hotels and hoteliers for their contribution to
a constantly moving sector that keeps reinventing itself and surprising us. Therefore, these awards are a great prestige for those who work to improve the tourism market,
the main driving force of the Spanish economy and on which Gran Hotel Turismo
also depends.
