We have sold the Hyosung brand at
ROAR for the past five years. What
we often hear is “I’ve never heard
of them before.” And that’s a darn
shame because they are an incredible
motorcycle and a very affordable price.
Let me share a little bit more.
I originally got the Hyosung franchise
because I was looking for a real good
starter bike for women. The Hyosung
250cc surpasses anything on the
market. It is a fuel injected, oil cooled,

v-twin with great speed and power.
It has a two year warranty and from
a dealer’s perspective, we rarely get
any service work unless it is normal
maintenance. The GV250 comes with
a gas gauge and tachometer. The great
thing is we can lower them and put
risers on so I can fit a woman under 5’
tall on this model.
In their line of motorcycles there is also
a 650cc Aquila and a 700cc ST7 which
are both great mid-range
cruising bikes and 250cc
and 650cc sports bikes
available. The Hyosung
brand is made in South
Korea. The umbrella
company is S&T Motors
with a thirty year history.
They have been sold in
the U.S. for over twelve
years. So the company
is stable and parts are
readily available. A few
years ago, the Hyundai
automobile was unheard of and people
were wary. Now, it’s a proven brand at
a great price. When you compare the
Hyosung’s with similar brands, you’ll
find better pricing, upgrades on many
features and more options.
We also have the ability to offer a
trike option for all of their cruisers
