Wearing long pants and a heavy sweater or
jacket is highly recommended as the weather is
extremely cold in the morning at Haleakala’s
crater. This tour is not for people with heart or
respiratory conditions due to the high altitude.

Please bring a towel and swimming attire if you
wish to dip in the Pools of Oheo (weather
permitting). Road to Hana has stretches with
uneven surfaces that can produce a rough ride.
Not recommended for pregnant women and
those with back problems. A light jacket and
comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
