Welcome to 'Villa Calangute' - where guests return year after year. Set in the very heart
of Candolim, this luxury furnished villa offers exclusive living accommodation. Villa
Calangute Phase 7 offers elegance, peace and tranquillity while at the same time
entertainment for all. Phase 7 is 2 minutes walk from the famous Candolim Beach.
The property comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupation, ideal for a
family, group of friends or someone who wants to spoil them self with ample space.
We are a team of UK and Indian owners and have amalgamated our experience and
expertise and produced a wonderful holiday homes finished to western standards. Our
team is always on hand to help and advise on all matters – from trips and excursions/
where to buy things/ medical or anything that needs dealing with!
Villa Calangute Phase 7 is a private, spacious, self catered, luxury 3 bedroom
property set in the heart of Candolim. The villa is situated within a fully landscaped
private garden and is only 2 minutes walk from Candolim beach. Sleeps up to 6 people
and is ideal for larger families or groups. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and

What do we offer?
Stylish and spotless our rooms are large, airy and tastefully decorated with stylish
wall hangings and pictures. Our villa consists of 3 AC bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen,
garden, living room and separate dining room.
Three Bedrooms- All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning
unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The master
bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can
come together as a double). All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating,
wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and table lamp. All windows to the villa have meshed
insect blinds.
Three Bathrooms- each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and
shower with hot and cold water. The blue bedroom and grey bedroom has an en suite
bathroom. The pink bedroom has an adjacent bathroom.
Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and
fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster,
microwave, gas stove, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Living Room- on the ground floor opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the
garden. The living room has a 3 seated sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television
with Tata Sky and board games are also provided.
Dining Room- the villa has a separate dining area with comfortable seating for 6
people.
Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The
charming garden is very pretty and well tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large
lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun
beds. The separate patio area is ideal for a BBQ.

Utility - An iron and ironing board along with a washing machine can be found here.
Parking – is gated and provided within the grounds of the villa
House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a
week. A gardener maintains the garden area.
What does the welcome package include?
Please note that our welcome package is FREE, it is just our way to welcome you to our
holiday home and make the transition that bit easier. Our welcome grocery pack is
designed to provide basic necessities and sufficient food for a light snack. Included are
items such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, bottled water, milk, drinks, butter, biscuits, bread,
toilet rolls, washing up liquid, Map and guide to Goa and Street Maps of Goa.

Getting to Villa Calangute
Dabolim (at present the only airport in Goa) is 45 minutes drive from our villa airport
pick-up can be arranged by a third party at an additional cost (a driver standing with
your name on a board immediately as you leave the arrivals hall). Alternatively, just
pick up one of the readily available taxis at the airport and tell them to head straight to
Adventure Street in Calangute, it is the road leading towards Azzure Hotel and you will
see our signposts outside.

emails we are continually improving our holiday home. We only rent the villa to one
party at a time so your have maximum privacy.

What is the cost for staying in Villa Calangute?
Current tariff can be seen here http://www.villacalangute.com/rates/. Please note that
our minimum package for the villa is for 2 air-conditioned bedrooms for 4 people with
bathrooms, kitchen, garden, living room and dining room. We can accommodate smaller
groups but you will be charged according to our minimum package.
The villa contains 1 double bed and 4 single beds. We can accommodate up to 6 people.
All guests must be mentioned and agreed at the time of booking. We still count children
in your party size thereby reducing the cost of each member of your party. Please
mention the number of adults and children when booking. Minimum stay is 3 days and
this increases to 7 around the Christmas period.
How do I confirm the booking?
50% of the rental fee is required to confirm the booking. The remaining holiday balance
should be paid on arrival in cash only. A security deposit of INR 10,000 cash is taken
against breakages, loss, theft and damage, etc and is refundable on departure as long
as the villa is returned in the same condition in which it was given. The security deposit
will be payable on arrival along with your holiday balance.
In the event of substantial damage/abuse to a villa you will have to leave and find
alternative accommodation at your own cost. Should the security deposit prove
inadequate to fully cover any costs that arise, then we reserve the right to invoice you
for immediate payment.
Passport copies of all members staying in the villa must be submitted prior to arrival for
police clearance. All guests must produce photographic ID on check in and photocopies
of the ID must be given to management as per notification issued by the District
Collector, North Goa, Panjim.
For Indian nationals acceptable photo ID is one of the following:
1. Driving License (with photo)
2. Election card (with photo)
3. Passport (with photo)
4. PAN card (with photo)
For foreign nationals 3 passport, 3 visa copies and 3 C forms must be completed on
arrival as per the Government's rules and regulations.
Cancellations
The booking deposit is non-refundable unless we get another booking for the same time
and are able to re-let the property. If days are changed, we shall try and accommodate
this where possible but there are no guarantees. Once the balance is paid in full on
arrival there will be no refunds.



About all our villas: -- We have provided you accommodation facilities to sleep, allow
you to cook and cater for yourselves. Any item needed during your stay ex tea, milk, oil,
drinking water, etc must be procured from your end during your entire stay.
Supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk away. If you are cooking in the villa and dirty
the utensils it has to be cleaned from your end, alternatively you could ask the
housekeeper to help for an extra cost. Extra linens/towels are provided for additions
cost. Most of your questions and queries will be answered on our frequently asked
questions on our website http://www.villacalangute.com/faqs/ , so please take some
time to read the information before doing the booking. We do not like to see you
surprised on arrival and we do not like to be surprised either.
Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link with all your booking
details. More detailed directions are given along with a map. You can purchase extra
shopping from our online list which will be ready for you on your arrival. We do not
charge for this extra service, you only pay for the items purchased.
Optional Third Party Services: - Please confirm at the time of booking:
1. Hiring a Laptop - INR 1000 for 4 days
2. WiFi internet with speed around 1Mbps - INR 1000 for 4 days.
3. Weber BBQ for rent with coal + Petroleum Jelly - INR 1000 for 1 time use
4. Car Rental - Airport Pickup/Daily Rental can be organised by us with a third party
after your booking is confirmed. You will have to pay the rental company directly and
not us.
Please note even if you request the above facility for 1 day, our minimum fee is INR
1000 per facility. If you would be interested in these extra facilities, please mention it to
us at the time of booking as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Swimming Pool Access – Located Opposite Phase 1 and Phase 2
Guests at Villa Calangute are entitled to use the swimming pool in the resort just
opposite our villa for an extra charge of around INR 100 per person per day. The resort
will provide towels for use at the swimming pool. There is a nice pool side bar and
restaurant to refresh and de-stress yourself.
The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you
additional security.
