Chase Products Co., established in 1927
by Carl W. Svendsen and now in its fourth generation
as a family-owned company, has long been a major
manufacturer and a leader in the aerosol industry.
Founded as an exterminating company, Chase initially manufactured and sold insecticides and
pesticides. In April of 1948, we became one of three companies granted a license by the United States
Department of Agriculture to provide mosquito abatement solution in pressurized containers.
The USDA license was the result of Chase's early entry into aerosol packaging. The company already
had become the first to manufacture spray paint. It went on to become the first to develop hair spray, and the second
company to formulate and package spray snow. We were the first company to package natural sizing (spray starch)
in an aerosol can, and to formulate and manufacture antiperspirant deodorant in an aerosol can. Chase offered the
first sunless tanning product line in aerosol dispensers, and introduced the first full line of EPA DfE-certified
continuous spray Jan-San products with our Green World N® line.
In 1980, Chase began to integrate the Quality Improvement Process from Philip Crosby Associates into
our activities. Since 1986, the Quality Improvement Team has provided Quality Education for all of our employees.
Today Chase is led by Judith A. Albazi as president and CEO and Ernesto "Ting" Hidalgo as executive vice president
and COO, both veteran Chase employees. Along with a loyal and efficient workforce, they are following
the tradition of ongoing improvement, and continue to offer the level of products and services that
have satisfied customers for over 85 years.

CHASE BRANDS
The Champion Sprayon® brand was acquired in 1974, when Chase purchased the
Champion Bronze Powder Company. In 1982, it was reintroduced to the market as Chase's flagship
industrial and institutional brand. The first five Champion Sprayon products introduced were our
Spray Disinfectant, Foaming Disinfectant Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, Stainless Steel Cleaner and Oven
Cleaner. Since 1982, the Champion Sprayon brand has been expanded to include over 100
industrial and institutional products.
The Champion's Choice™ brand was created in the 1990s as an industrial-MRO
extension of the Champion Sprayon product line. It made its public debut in 2005 with 13
industrial-MRO products, with new products being added every year.
The SprayPAK® brand was first used on "insect bombs," and is Chase's original brand,
established in the 1940s. Because of its rich history, Chase reintroduced the SprayPAK
brand in the 1990s as our bid-line brand.
Chase introduced the ProsALL® program in 1995. The program gives select
distributors geographic exclusivity to the brand, offering a private-label program without
per-item ordering minimums. Distributors who carry the ProsALL brand must meet
certain requirements.
In the 1970s, after manufacturing national-brand rust-preventative paints
for over a decade, Chase launched its Rust Curb® brand. We continue to
manufacture a broad line of paints and specialty coatings, the newest of which is
ColorSpray® Ultimate™ Decorating Enamel.
Our exciting Champion Green World N® brand, meeting requirements for
U.S. EPA Safer Choice (DfE) certified products, represents Chase's most
environmentally preferable cleaning products.

Champion Sprayon® Green World N® products
are nitrogen-propelled cleaners and polishes
that utilize environmentally preferable chemistry.
Naturally, they meet all requirements for U.S. EPA’s Safer Choice (DfE)
recognition. They are made from biodegradable ingredients, were not tested on
animals, and are in recyclable steel containers that deliver continuous sprays.
They contain no harsh chemicals. They leave no residue or fumes.

Ordenone® – All of Chase's air fresheners contain Ordenone for maximum
malodor elimination. Ordenone is an odorless deodorizing compound that
permanently entraps malodor molecules. When the air freshener is sprayed
