Founded in 1995, Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion takes years off your complexion by gently
exfoliating the outer layers of the skin. Because it’s a safe and controlled method of skin
resurfacing, the treatment can be used to solve a wide range of skin concerns on both the
face and body.
Microdermabrasion provides immediate and visible results for ageing skin, lines and wrinkles,

Appointment Information
To enable us to give the highest level of service to our Clients, please note the following:Appointments
Appointments can be booked online 24/7 through our website www.prettywomanleeds.co.uk.
or on Facebook, using the Book Online button. Our new computer system sends out text
reminders to your mobile phone.
Appointment Times
All appointment times include setting up of the room and client changing time, before and
after treatment. Times shown are not actual treatment times.
Arrival Time
Being on time for your appointment is essential.
Why not arrive 10/15 mins early and relax before your treatment.
Arriving late will shorten the time of your treatment; all treatments must end on
time so as not to delay the next client, but will be charged the full price of the treatment booked.
Cancellation of Appointments
We request 24hrs notice for cancellation or rescheduling, otherwise 100% of
appointment cost will be charged.
Rescheduling on the day is not possible. You will be asked to pay for the missed
appointment, plus the new appointment.
Clients “not showing” for an appointment, will be charged 100% of the
appointment cost.
Clients booking an appointment of 2+ hours on the same day, must give 48 hours
notice of cancellation.
Course appointments missed or late cancelled, will automatically be deducted from
course records.
Booking Deposits
All New Clients - we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Where 2+ friends are booked in together, we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
All bookings over 1 hour or £100+, we request a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Gift Vouchers
Must be used within 3 months against treatments or products.
Are not redeemable for cash.
Please quote reference number when making a booking.
Must be produced on arrival at the Salon as proof of purchase.
Clients arriving for their appointment without their Gift Vouchers will be asked to pay
in full for the treatments. A refund will be given upon production of the Gift Voucher,
within 3 months of the treatment date.
Prices
We reserve the right to increase our prices, and discontinue treatments without notice.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Medical Information
It is the Clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on
medication or suffering any kind of illness/allergy, as we may advise you not to take the
treatments booked.
Children
To meet with insurance requirements and also in our effort to maintain a relaxed
atmosphere, we would ask Clients having treatments, not to bring babies or children
under the age of 16 to the Salon please.
Mobile Phones
As a courtesy to other Clients and to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please switch off your
phone before entering the Salon.
Facebook & Website
We update Facebook twice weekly with new products, treatments, offers etc. Our website
www.prettywomanleeds.co.uk contains our Treatment List and special occasion treatments
including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas etc.
Tips
If you wish to tip your Therapist, each girl has their own individual “tip box”. However, they can
only be given in cash to avoid bank/credit card charges.
Recommend a Friend
Recommend a Friend and you will receive Treat Points automatically on to your account. It’s our
way of saying ‘thank you’ (this excludes new clients presenting gift vouchers).
“Clarins for Me” Loyalty Scheme
Clarins have a scheme for Clients who purchase their products from Pretty Woman, to thank you
for being a loyal Gold Salon Client. It is worth a 20% discount/rebate on all Clarins product
purchases in the form of free retail products. Ask our team for details or visit our website.
Pretty Woman Rewards
Please ask for your personal Treatment Reward Card, which has a unique barcode for every client.
Present it every time you come and you will be given 7% of your treatment value, as a reward.
The computer automatically tots the points up, and once you have accrued enough points, you
will be offered various free treatments. Most loyalty systems only offer 1%, so at 7% our
system is very generous.
Personal Belongings
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or mislaid personal belongings.
Payment
We would kindly ask Clients to pay with either cash or debit card. We prefer not to take credit
cards, due to the high level of bank charges. Thank you.
