Shooters and spouses will enjoy a multi-course meal prepared fresh from the Covey Rise Farms by Restaurant
R’evolution and Executive Chef John Folse with entertainment by Singer/Songwriter TJ Klay.
Restaurant R’evolution
Chef John Folse learned early that the secrets of Cajun cooking lay in the
unique ingredients of Louisiana’s swamp floor pantry. He has truly taken this
“taste of Louisiana” worldwide. Folse was the first non-Italian chef to create the
Vatican State Dinner in Rome. The Louisiana Legislature gave him the title of
“Louisiana’s Culinary Ambassador to the World.”
Now, he has launched a culinary revolution in a city that prizes its gastronomic traditions
above all. Restaurant R’evolution is a fresh and contemporary translation of Cajun and
Creole cuisine located in the heart of New Orleans’ legendary French Quarter.
