The Euromate downdraft table meets the strict international

advanced, three-way spark arrester that guarantees optimum
safety.

The downdraft table is equipped with two oval filters. This design
makes an optimum filter size possible. The total filtering surface is
therefore no less than 52 m2. High filter performance and a long
filter life are the result.

From normal to intensive use, the
downdraft table is available in four
versions: DNF, DFD, DFS and DFS/A.
DNF is a downdraft table with an
integrated spark arrester, but no
filter, intended for connection to a
centralised filtration system.
DFD is a downdraft table with a filter
surface of no less than 52 m2. This
guarantees high filter performance
and a long service life, keeping the
operational costs of the filter system
low. DFD is the ideal downdraft table
if you are having problems with welding fumes or grinding dust and the
welding or grinding frequency is
normal.
DFS is a downdraft table with a filter
surface of no less than 52 m2 and a
self-cleaning filter system in which
filter sections are periodically blasted
clean with air pulses from a pressure
tank. Even with intensive use, the
extraction power remains constant.
The filters are cleaned separately,
which results in more effective
cleaning. The cleaning mechanism is
operated by a push button.
This is the ideal downdraft table if
you are having problems with
welding fumes or grinding dust and
the welding or grinding frequency is
intensive.
DFS/A works in the same way as
DFS. The difference is that the
cleaning mechanism is activated
automatically when the pressure
differential across the filter exceeds a
certain value. In addition, the
presence of compressed air is
permanently monitored. The filter
cleaning mechanism is also activated
automatically when the fan is
switched off (offline cleaning). This is
the ideal downdraft table if you are
having problems with welding fumes
or grinding dust and the welding or
grinding frequency is intensive. On
top of this, DFS/A offers you the
possibility to add an automatic start/
stop which will make the product
even easier to operate.
