Glas systems for refrigeration cabinets
Glas systems for refrigeration cabinets • for all kinds of refrigeration cabinets upgradeable • as factory solution or retrofit Made for the british market We, the company Breuer GmbH & Co. KG, based in Neuwied close to river Rhine, are an established producer and supplier of sanitary products for more than 40 years. We are specialized in the development and production of shower enclosures made of high quality safety glass, maintenance-free fittings and profiles made of precious metals. All products are designed by our own design department and tested on function and durability. We store spare and wear parts for 10 years after setting range. Since 2014, we have expanded our product portfolio to include glass systems for refrigeration units, cold rooms and walk-in cooler. We introduced these products to the food retail sector, at international fairs with large success. We were not only able to convince in design but also with high functionality and proven quality. All glass systems guarantee not only a very good stability but also a constant, interference-free temperature in the refrigeration cabinets. For the development, the European standard DIN EN ISO 23953-1 and DIN EN ISO 23953-2 for refrigerated display cabinets has been applied. All our insulation (ISO)-glass systems for climate class 0-3 and temperature class M1, M2, H1 and H2 has been created according to this standard. When operating within these standard specifications, fogging (sweating) of glass systems can be excluded. Flush mounted and optional surface-sealed glasses ensure easy cleaning. Extra wide doorways create space for easy handling and filling. Energy-saving LED lamps with extra wide scattering angles ensure an evenly presentation of goods. The glass systems are sold to food retailers and refrigeration specialist companies for retrofitting and refrigeration equipment manufacturers as factory solution. Our glass systems are suitable for retrofitting of all refrigerated cabinets of standard cooling furniture manufacturers such as: Carrier, Linde, Epta, Costan, Bonnet, KMW, Hauser, Viessmann, Norpe, Koxka, JBG, Tekso, usw. Temperature course / Condensation zone Internal temp. of refrigeration cabinet toughened safety glass Air dew point toughened safety glass Low E coating The low-E-coating (low emissivity) is a glass deposited thin metal or metal oxide coating in order to reduce the emissivity. The thus coated glass is also called Low-E-glass. Thermos out of glass uses this effect for a very long time. The low-E coatings is applied during the manufacturing process as a very thin layer on the glass. Glazings with low-E coating have a significant part of the heattechnical quality of heat resistant glass. with without Low-E coating thermal radiation market temp. thermal radiation Internal temp. of refrigeration cabinet Convection mixing temperature Internal temp. of refrigeration cabinet market temp. Convection mixing temperature Equipped with low-E coatings BREUER GLAS TEC panes for thermal radiation like a mirror, they reduce the heat input from the market into the refrigerated section and thus reduce the cooling load significantly. Inside the refrigerated shelve the heat radiation is reflected and radiate very little to the outside. Even with toughened safety glass the U-value can be lowered by half, just by using a low-E coating. Temperature safety in all display shelves By reducing the inflow of warm air into the refrigerated section, the temperature can be significantly improved in all areas of the refrigeration cabinets. Constant product temperatures also in defrosting phases. Through these glass systems the necessary defrosting phases of about 6 x 45 can be reduced to 2 x 30 minutes a day and postponed into the night. Thereby, the product temperatures in the defrosting phases are only slightly increased. In order to calculate the reduction of CO2 Emission so-called conversion factors are announced by the federal environment office regularly. On account of these factors it is possible for every company to calculate the Green Responsibility Index. BREUER GLAS TEC will calculate your possible energy savings and the resultant Green Responsibility Index index with every offer.
