The aspiration of the Masterplan was to create a high quality urban space with local facilities that will have a positive impact within the local community. To date nearly £13m has been spent which includes the completion of Saracen House. In addition to Saracen House there are another three initiatives that are contributing to the regeneration of the area: • A new £9m Health Centre. • NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde are installing a wild flower meadow, urban gym and growing space. • Jobs & Business Glasgow and Skills Development Scotland will be co-locating at 252 Saracen Street with ng homes becoming the anchor tenant at Saracen House.
