 2015 Slidell Youth Soccer Club FALL Team Photo Schedule Information Official Slidell Youth Soccer Club Photographer MillerFoto (504) 467­0230 COACH Information and What To Expect Any questions about the Photo Schedule should be directed to MillerFoto not the Club Office Kirsten Miller is the Scheduler (504) 289­5994 or Eric Miller 504­270­7822 Coaches, Our Photo Process may be different than you are used to: This is how we will take your team’s photos A) Every Team has a specific Time Slot ­ It's important that you stress to your team to be at least 15 Minutes early. If everyone is on time, your photos should take no more than 10­15 Minutes B) Once you have the majority of your team together, please check in at the Sales Table We will start taking your team’s Individual Photos while waiting for all players to arrive C) When everyone has arrived, we will finish any Individual Photos then take your Team Photo That's it ­ very simple, easy and quick D) Parents are not required to complete an order form before we take their child's photo E) Coaches are not responsible for Passing Out order Forms ­ Parents can Download them from our website. www.MillerFoto.com (Click on Soccer ­ look for the Slidell Soccer Logo) They will also be available on Photo Day at the Sales Tables under the Tents F) Coaches are also not responsible for passing out the photo packages. All orders are mailed direct to home. PARENTS & COACHES Frequently Asked Questions 1) When do we have to Order? We recommend you order on Photo Day for the best pricing and packages While we accept late orders without a penalty, packages and discounts are not available 2) Can I download the Order Form ahead of time? YES Order forms are available to Download from our Web Site This will give you time to look it over and select the correct Packages and Specialty Items. We offer a lot of Specialty Items like our Posters, Vinyl Team Banners and Shirts www.MillerFoto.com (click on Soccer and look for the Slidell Soccer Club Logo) 3) Will you have Order Forms available on Photo Day? YES We will have Tables set up with Order Forms and Samples of everything we offer 4) What forms of Payment are accepted? We accept Cash, Checks and Discover, Visa and Master Card (we do not accept Amex) We have Portable Credit Card Machines Because of new Security rules, we must swipe your card Even if you have your numbers memorized, the card must be present in order to accept it 5) Do you need my Order Form before taking my child’s photo? NO We have developed a fast method of taking photos and we don't need completed order forms to take your childs photo We photograph every child then match up the order forms later 6) Do you offer On­Line Ordering At this time we do not ­ If you missed ordering on Photo Day just call our office for options 7) How will I receive my Photos?
