Depending on if you are in the mood for a picnic, pavilions are available outside, or if you prefer air conditioner, our Music/Reception Hall is available for your group to enjoy their hot lunch. Simply fill out the Registration Form, and either mail, fax, or email it to [email protected] to schedule your visit. Phone registrations are also accepted. Confirmation of your trip can be returned by email, fax, or U.S. Mail. To Do Upon Arrival Buses should park in the circle parking lot once arriving through the gate. The group leader should check in at the Restaurant or Administration Office. Once check- in is complete the bus can stay parked or drop off visitors at the TARC Restaurant from the TARC circle. To facilitate your check-in process, please know the total number of people (adults and children) in your group. For your safety, we ask that the members of your group follow a few simple guidelines while enjoying your visit to our facility. One supervisor must accompany every ten children. Supervisors must stay with children at all times. Persons entering TARC assume all responsibility for lost or stolen articles and/or personal injury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TARC from any actions legal or otherwise. TARC reserves the right to ask groups not following these guidelines to leave the premises.
