DEAR MEMBERS
The Missouri Society of Association Executives, the Missouri Travel Council and the Society of
Government Meeting Professionals are again joining together to present the Joint Meeting
Planners Trade Show. This year marks the 20th Anniversary of this event which will be held at
the Capitol Plaza Hotel on July 12, 2016.
This year the committee has planned a “Speakers Showcase” for the educational portion with
speakers from the local area with very diverse topics—something for everyone. All speakers are
from Missouri’s Center for Management and Professional Development which is in central
Missouri.
And we have planned times for you to network with your peers as well as visit each booth in the
trade show.
Please take the time to register today and join us for a full day of exhibits, networking,
education, fun and prizes.

The State of Missouri’s Center for Management and Professional Development (Center) is
pleased to participate in this year’s Speaker’s Showcase. The Center offers a wide array of
training topics on leadership development and interpersonal communication, as well as
