Postdoc Carolina Oweson here analyses cellular stress tolerance in clonal starfish. Here there is also collaborative work within the CeMEB Linnaeus program at University of Gothenburg. A shared postdoc, Bethanie Carney Almroth, studies gender differences in ageing and maternal effects in Atlantic cod and lobster subject to fishery. This project involves collaboration with the National Board of Fisheries (Fiskeriverket). Smaller grants also fund studies on fish coloration which are particularly suitable as smaller student project.
