Company History
Building Facilities Engineering Company has been operating since April 1, 1986.
The company has a wide range of experience in commercial buildings, office
buildings, multi-family housing, warehouses, retail facilities, nursing homes and
recreational facilities at colleges throughout the United States. Much
consideration is taken into energy conservation in the design of systems. The
company is responsible for full mechanical disciplines in both HVAC and
plumbing. Joel Gordon is the principle in charge and has mechanical
designers/CAD operators on staff.
Objective
A close working relationship and personal attention between engineer and client.
We will work with the client to determine the most economical system for his
needs.
Goal
To develop an on-going relationship rather than performing services for only one
specific project.

Mr. Gordon has over 40 years of extensive experience and design in all phases of HVAC engineering,
including steam, hot water systems, refrigerant piping systems and heat pump applications, and both
water-to-air and air-to-air systems. These also include variable volume air systems, roof-top airconditioning systems, and fan coil systems. The following types of projects are representative:
