Thank you for purchasing the Deep Pore Cleanser.
The Deep Pore Cleanser is a gentle cleanser to decongest clogged pores for fresher,
healthier skin. Each silicone bristle can penetrate into the pores for a deeper clean to remove
impurities, clean out clogged pores, help remove any residual make-up and enable your skin
care products to be absorbed more easily. It is significantly more effective than any ordinary
cleansing methods. Its innovative design is ideal for regular use in the bathroom.

Directions for Use
•If you are wearing any make-up, it is recommended to remove most of the make up
before using this device.
•Rinse your face with warm water and apply small amounts of a cleanser of your choice
on your forehead, nose, cheeks and chin.
•Switch on the device by pressing the power button. The LED indicator will illuminate
and flash to show it is switched on.
• Press the “+” or “-“button to adjust the desired intensity level.
•Slide over the face gently using circular motions and slide over each area for no more
than 15 seconds.
•Use a low intensity level to gently clean the delicate under eye area using
outward strokes.
•Rinse your face and cleanser with warm water. Dry the cleanser with a dry towel.
•It is recommended to do this routine twice a day (morning and evening) for 1 to 2
minutes each time.
Preparations Before Use
Before first use, charge the device for two hours to ensure the battery is fully charged.
Insert the USB cable into the USB charging port and connect to a power outlet or USB 2.0
or 3.0 port.
Do not use whilst charging.

Cleaning And Maintenance
• Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
• Rinse with clean water and wipe with a clean, dry cloth after each use.
• After cleaning, store in a dry place.
Servicing
There are no user serviceable parts inside this appliance. Always refer servicing to qualified
service personnel. If you drop or damage your product, do not use until it has been
inspected and approved by a qualified electrician.
Important Cautions and Warnings
•This device is designed exclusively for domestic use. Only use this appliance for its
intended use as described in this manual.
•Make sure the rubber plug is pushed in securely during use to prevent rust in the
USB port.
•This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
•Keep out of reach of children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
•Do not charge when it is in use or if it is wet. Make sure the device and adapter is dry
before charging.
•Do not use the device or the charger if it is damaged or broken to avoid injuries.
NEVER attempt to disassemble or modify the device as this places the user at risk and
invalidates the guarantee.
•Never immerse the device in boiling water. Keep the device away from hot or heated
surfaces and avoid direct sunlight.
•Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol products (spray) are being used or
where oxygen is being administered.
•Do not use silicone soluble or granular cleansers with the device to avoid damaging the
silicone bristles on the device.

• Do not use longer than the recommended time.
• Discontinue use immediately if the silicone degrades.
• Do not use any alcohol, acetone, petrol or abrasive cleaning agents.
•The cleansing process should always feel pleasant. If you feel any discomfort whilst
using this device, discontinue use and consult your doctor immediately.
•Do not use the device on dry, chapped skin or when you suffer from skin diseases or
skin irritations such as acne, sunburn etc.
Warranty
This product is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, against
mechanical and electrical defects, when registered at www.sensiospa.com within 28 days
of purchase. NB: Non-registered products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year.
It is particularly important that you carefully read the instructions provided, in order to get
maximum use from this product.
This guarantee is only valid if the appliance is used solely for domestic purposes in
accordance with the instructions and provided that it is not connected to an unsuitable
electricity supply, dismantled or interfered with in any way or damaged through misuse.
Under this guarantee we undertake to repair or replace free of charge any parts found to
be defective.
This guarantee is only valid with your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. You may
wish to attach the receipt to this card for ease of reference and to avoid accidental loss.
In the unlikely event of a fault or mechanical defect in material and workmanship within the
12 months of purchase the product should be returned to the retailer for replacement.
If the fault develops after 12 months and within 24 months from the date of original
purchase and you have registered your product online within 28 days of purchase, you
should contact customer services quoting the products model number and batch code.
This information can be located on the underside or back of the product. The batch code
will be stated in an YYWW format (e.g. 1133).

batch code. They will give you up-to-date prices.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Batteries and damage from leakage is not covered by the terms of the guarantee.
2.The warranty does not cover acts of God such as fire, floods, hurricanes or tornadoes
or use for rental or commercial services.
This guarantee does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
This guarantee is only valid within the UK and Ireland. Nothing in this guarantee or the
instructions relating to this product excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.
In line with our policy of continuous product development we reserve the right to change
the product, packaging and documentation specifications without notice.

be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer
providing this service. Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible
negative consequences for the environment and health, deriving from inappropriate
disposal and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings
in energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliance
separately, the product is marked with crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
