KS1000 RW / LPCB insulated roof panel with FAWS (Factory Applied
Weather Seals)

The purpose of this envirocare update is to ensure that you are aware of the revised end lap and side
lap details for the KS1000 RW / LPCB insulated roof panel, when used in conjunction with FAWS
(Factory Applied Weather Seals).
The changes relate to the positioning of the panel stitching screws at the panel to panel end lap detail.
The first change relates to the position of the first and second stitching screws with:

The first stitching screw on the panel side lap (at the end laps) is now positioned 35mm up
from the panel end lap;

The second stitching screw now positioned 170mm up from the panel end lap.
Thereafter the stitching screws are located at 450mm centres.
The second change is that the end lap stitching screws, positioned on the intermediate crowns are
positioned 35mm up from the panel end lap.

roof panel with FAWS (Factory Applied Weather Seals).
