Wendy Biale will be speaking about” Catholic Conscience in the Public
Square”.
Wendy Biale is well known to the St. Apollinaris community as a near life-long
parishioner. She is currently finishing her Ph.D. dissertation in Systematic
Theology at the Graduate Theological Union at Berkeley entitled: The
Rehabilitation of Authority in the Catholic Church: Progressives and
Conservatives Reconciled Through the Revitalization of the Sensus Fidelium.
Wendy has raised her two children with her husband Bob, and has taught
middle school, high school, RCIA and CCD. Currently she teaches for the
Archdiocese of San Francisco, the Diocese of Santa Rosa, and speaks and
leads retreats on various topics, especially on issues of ecclesiology.
