Our wedding packages are available year round and are modified to fit the season.
We offer a beautiful rustic twist of elegance throughout our historic rustic barn setting. With so
many unique areas to work with, your guests can discover a new experience around every corner.
Take advantage of turning The Saratoga Winery into your personal venue to showcase
your picture-perfect event. Utilize all of our grounds including our main tasting room,
Adirondack deck complete with canopy, and a private barrel room for your bridal party.
Venture outside to discover our newly landscaped lawn and garden, with a private outdoor bar
and patio lit with tiki torches, twinkle lights and a warm campfire.
Enjoy our deliciously handcrafted wines made in our very own backyard and offer your guests
one of many local handcrafted pints of beer made throughout the Capital Region.

Ceremony & Reception
Your special day is enhanced by exclusive use of all of The Saratoga Winery grounds for your
wedding ceremony and reception. The winery creates the perfect backdrop for an outdoor
ceremony, hosted in our beautiful lawn and garden area. Your guests can enjoy all aspects of our
Adirondack style venue; from our indoor tasting room to our outside bar under the stars.
Tiki torches will light up your wedding night as your friends and family gather around the fire.
Ceremony & Reception Package
• Exclusive use of the entire winery venue. Areas include: Adirondack Tasting Room, Barrel Room with
Covered Patio, Canopied Adirondack Deck, Two Outside Patios, Garden and Two Acre Lawn, Indoor
Restrooms and Kitchen for Catering Purposes.
• Onsite ceremony and reception, totaling up to 5 hours.
• Seating to accommodate up to 200 guests. Additional seating is available for a fee.
• Access to the venue two hours before for set-up, and one hour after for breakdown.
• High top farm tables and chairs, matching low top farm tables with fold out chairs and bistro tables with
chairs.
• Rustic décor of the wine barrels, wooden slabs and mason jar candles.
• Use of catering kitchen
• Full cleaning before and after event, including garbage removal.

Tented Reception
The Saratoga Winery boasts a surprising feature like no other, an enormous plush lawn and
blooming garden area to host your unique wedding celebration.
You and your guests will be surrounded by the rustic elegance of the winery and the understated
beauty of the nature. This sought after space is sure to deliver a night to remember.
Tented Reception Package
• Exclusive use of our outdoor lawn and garden area. Areas include: Lawn and garden area for event and
white framed basic tent rental . 12’x15’ dance floor, banquet tables, chairs and linens.
* Please note with this package, the winery will be open to the public during your reception.
• Reception, up to 4 hours.
• Seating to accommodate up to 200 guests. Additional seating is available for a fee.
• Access to the venue two hours before for set-up, and one hour after for breakdown.
• Banquet tables and chairs for tented area.
• Use of wine barrels and wooden slabs.
• Full cleaning before and after event, including garbage removal.

Bar Options
CASH BAR - Guests pay individually for any beverages ordered at the bar throughout the duration of
the event.
OPEN BAR - Consumption based. A group tab is run for the duration of the event. All costs of
beverages are listed on our drink menu. Person responsible for the group tab must be assigned before the
event and event coordinator made notified.
DRINK VOUCHERS - A ticket is given to each guest at your discretion. Your guests redeem their ticket
at the bar for a glass of wine or beer of the their choice. We recommend 1-3 drink tickets per guest.
$6 per voucher.
SANGRIA - Homemade with our handcrafted wines and seasonal fresh fruit. Pitcher - $95
MIMOSA BAR - Enjoy a mimosa bar for any event which includes three fruit juices, three fresh fruits for garnishing and champagne in a “make your own” style set-up. Servings for 40 people - $250
*Please note - Champagne purchase is included in Mimosa Bar package and is provided solely by The Saratoga Winery.
COFFEE & TEA - Unlimited coffee and/or tea for the duration of
your event. $3 per person.
CATERING
The Saratoga Winery is happy to recommend The Classic Crust as our unique,
in-house caterer. The custom built, 1946 Classic Chevy truck has been transformed into
a brick oven catering station that embodies the ambiance of the winery’s rustic feel.
It is fully equipped to service your special day with a customizable menu.
If for any reason this caterer may not work for your event, we can discuss alternatives
to satifsy your needs. Food is not permitted to be brought on the premises, without
approval of The Saratoga Winery. Any licensed caterer, including The Classic Crust
are solely responsible in providing your food service and are liable for set-up, bussing
of dishes, clean-up and in between food servicing.
The Saratoga Winery is not responsible for providing you with any servingware such as
plates, silverware, napkins, serving utensils, etc. All of these nessecities must be provided
from your caterer. Please make sure these arrangments are made through your caterer
prior to your event, and our Events Coordinator is provided with their direct contact
information for consistency of communication.
REHEARSAL
Your ceremony rehearsal must be scheduled in advance with our Events Coordinator.
A two hour time slot is included in your wedding package.
Rehearsal time slots will not be available between 6-9pm on Friday evenings.
Decorative items may be dropped off in advance for onsite storage by appointment
with our Events Coordinator.
PRICING
Pricing is reflective of the event setup and style.
A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the venue rental fee is due to hold a date for you.
Pricing is subject to change without notice, however prices are fixed at the time of the deposit.
A gratuity of 20% will be added to the final bill. This includes rental fee and any
additional services and/or bar packages added.
