Welcome to Liberty Craft House. A worthy destination inspired by our passion for
knowledge, skill, and small-batch artisan goods. Liberty is a humble neighborhood
joint with design cues from the industrial revolution that provides a comfortable post
for a few drinks, food and good-times.
| What is a “craft house” you ask? |
At Liberty, we strive to prepare and present you with drink and foodstuff that is
properly cared for and skillfully prepared. We’ve considered each and every detail in
the products we create and present.
Beginning with the producer, we consider how they make their products and, of
course, their quality. We love local, natural, sustainable and organic so much we not
only practice this ourselves, but seek out and purchase from those who are like-minded
as well.
Next, we choose and implement equipment that is used to correctly store and
authentically prepare the food, beer, wine, soda, coffee and classic cocktails on our menu.
Finally, the keys in our logo represent our constant thirst for knowledge,
techniques and our fondness of the stories and history behind food, spirits, wine, ales
and lagers. We’re constantly educating ourselves on how to prepare and present these
artisan made plates and drinks to you.

Ales and Lagers
Beer is our muse and we love her dearly. 32 drafts and 3 hand-pumped cask ales back up a bottle
list of over 200 selections that is managed by Dante’s Cicerone® and
Micromatic® trained Beer Director J.P. Mills. Every brew is happily served by our Cicerone® trained
beer staff. Drafts and bottles are served in the correct glass at the correct temperature just as they
are meant to be. Bottles are stored according to style in three independent beer coolers each set at
the proper temperature setting for the styles it contains. Each faucet of draft beer is poured at
the proper temperature and gas blend for the style of beer that is tapped. No need to put your hands
on the glass to warm up your stout or barleywine here, we pay attention to detail and present each
beer as the brewer intended.
A large cellar-temperature controlled aging cave has been managed by our Beer Director since
2009 with a large number of bottles and kegs just waiting to reach their peak and see the light of
day. Look for these selections on our vintage section of the menu or at special tasting events.
Spirits
Although we stock many spirits and liqueurs representing every category, we specialize in
American Whiskey and Tequila. Our shelves are packed with heavy-hitters and many rare selections.
Artisan and small-batch is how we like to roll, so don’t come looking for artificially flavored vodkas
here, it’s just not our thing.
Crafted Cocktails
Authentic craft cocktails is our game and we love to play. Using small-batch ingredients, each
recipe is carefully followed to reproduce the classics implementing the proper tools, ingredients,
glasses and garnishes required to create each one. Fresh juices are used in each and every drink,
nothing “out of the gun” here. Our adventurous staff is constantly tinkering around with new
ingredients, recipes and preparation techniques in search of new takes on the classics. We usually
have a few barrel aged versions and other experiments the shelves. Yes, we have 4 different types of
ice. Yes, we know we’re nuts.
Wine
With around 10 selections by the glass and about 75 by the bottle our wine list demands a little
respect. Our list is managed by our Dante’s Court of Master Sommeliers@ trained wine director
Jennifer Zangrilli.
6 faucets pour a continually rotating selection of 3 red and 3 white selections. Each one is
stored and poured at the appropriate serving temperature according to style. Kegs are dispensed
through an airtight system using nitrogen to preserve the wine in the keg.
Our ever changing by-the-glass menu not only features draft wines but tastes from more
expensive bottles made possible by our unique cuvenee system that allows us to pour from the bottle
without removing the cork and replacing the juice with argon gas preserving the wine in the bottle.
Craft Kitchen
Lunch, dinner, or a little snack in-between,,, we’ve got you covered. Every dish 100% made
in-house from scratch, that’s how we roll. A seasonally inspired menu looks to what is current and
fresh. We’ve chosen every ingredient from small-batch and artisan producers just as we do at the bar.
Liberty celebrates artisan fromage and charcuterie with a rotating selection chosen by our
two Murry’s Cheese U® educated cheese mongers Jennifer Zangrilli and J.P. Mills. Our cured meats are
cut using a manually-operated hand-spun Italian flywheel slicer to ensure precise cuts and quality
textures.
You’ll find many small plates designed to share with friends including flatbreads baked in our
innovative ovens that reach a temperature 842˚f. Soups made fresh and Sandwiches that are built and
held together with bread that’s fresh-baked every morning in our very own bakery. Our salads reflect
the seasonality harvest from our local greenhouses and fields with dressings made in-house. Savory
dishes and gastropub favorites such as casseroles, stews, and other hearty entrees are sure to fill
your tummy.

One Bad-Ass Draft System
Our 47 tap draft system has been intricately designed to pour ale, lager, wine, soda,
coffee, and cocktails correctly (yes, we can and do pour mixed cocktails and coffee from a faucet).
Each draft is represented and displayed on a series of 3 high-definition screens above the bar
that lists information on what’s currently tapped, including a live image of each keg and an
indicator of the level of liquid that’s remaining inside.
Hand-Pumped Cask Ale
Our 3 faucet beer engine is tuned to pour the proper pint of ale just as it was in the
late-1600s. Every glass is hand-pumped from casks that are stored directly below in a
cellar-temperature controlled cooler that is dedicated to properly preserve the ale. Each cask
is hand-tapped with a wooden mallet and a cask-breather system is employed to float a gentle
pillow of nitrogen on the surface of the ale to prevent oxygen from changing its flavor
throughout the service of the cask.
Draft Ales and Lagers
32 faucets boast a continually rotating line-up of craft and specialty import ales and
lagers. Our keg room is proudly equipped with one of the most inventive and
progressive set-ups anywhere in the world. Each draft line can be custom tuned to pour each beer
style independently at the proper temperature and gas blend from the one next to it. Finally,
A line flushing and cleaning system is installed to clean each and every line every time before
a new keg is tapped ensuring no flavors from the previous keg are left in the line.

Draft Cocktails
3 faucets pour a continually rotating line up of cocktails that we mix in large batches
and keg. If we choose, we even have the ability to carbonate our cocktails
providing them with a unique flavor and texture experience that you can’t get form
pouring straight out of a bottle.
Draft Coffee
Yes, we pour our coffee like we pour draft beer. It all starts with our friends at
Standing Stone Coffee where they craft-roast the Liberty blend selected from responsible
sources. We cold-brew and keg our ice coffee that is served through a system that imparts a
precise nitrogen-based gas blend into to the coffee and is poured through a
traditional stout faucet (think Guinness). The result is a unique flavor and texture coffee
experience. You gotta try it.
Draft Soda
2 faucets pour old-fashioned draft soda. We make our own and keg in-house.
Sometimes we feature kegs from artisan soda makers as well.

One Bad-Ass Draft System
Our 47 tap draft system has been intricately designed to pour ale, lager, wine, soda,
coffee, and cocktails correctly (yes, we can and do pour mixed cocktails and coffee from a faucet).
Each draft is represented and displayed on a series of 3 high-definition screens above the bar
that lists information on what’s currently tapped, including a live image of each keg and an
indicator of the level of liquid that’s remaining inside.
Hand-Pumped Cask Ale
Our 3 faucet beer engine is tuned to pour the proper pint of ale just as it was in the
late-1600s. Every glass is hand-pumped from casks that are stored directly below in a
cellar-temperature controlled cooler that is dedicated to properly preserve the ale. Each cask
is hand-tapped with a wooden mallet and a cask-breather system is employed to float a gentle
pillow of nitrogen on the surface of the ale to prevent oxygen from changing its flavor
throughout the service of the cask.
Draft Ales and Lagers
32 faucets boast a continually rotating line-up of craft and specialty import ales and
lagers. Our keg room is proudly equipped with one of the most inventive and
progressive set-ups anywhere in the world. Each draft line can be custom tuned to pour each beer
style independently at the proper temperature and gas blend from the one next to it. Finally,
A line flushing and cleaning system is installed to clean each and every line every time before
a new keg is tapped ensuring no flavors from the previous keg are left in the line.

6 faucets pour a continually rotating selection of 3 red and 3 white selections. Each one
stored and poured at the appropriate serving temperature according to style. Kegs are dispensed
through an airtight system using nitrogen to preserve the wine in the keg.

3 faucets pour a continually rotating line up of cocktails that we mix in large batches
and keg. If we choose, we even have the ability to carbonate our cocktails
providing them with a unique flavor and texture experience that you can’t get form
pouring straight out of a bottle.
Draft Coffee
Yes, we pour our coffee like we pour draft beer. It all starts with our friends at
Standing Stone Coffee where they craft-roast the Liberty blend selected from responsible
sources. We cold-brew and keg our ice coffee that is served through a system that imparts a
precise nitrogen-based gas blend into to the coffee and is poured through a
traditional stout faucet (think Guinness). The result is a unique flavor and texture coffee
experience. You gotta try it.
Draft Soda
2 faucets pour old-fashioned draft soda. We make our own and keg in-house.
Sometimes we feature kegs from artisan soda makers as well.

Ales and Lagers
Beer is our muse and we love her dearly. 32 drafts and 3 hand-pumped cask ales back up a bottle
list of over 200 selections that is managed by Dante’s Cicerone® and
Micromatic® trained Beer Director J.P. Mills. Every brew is happily served by our Cicerone® trained
beer staff. Drafts and bottles are served in the correct glass at the correct temperature just as they
are meant to be. Bottles are stored according to style in three independent beer coolers each set at
the proper temperature setting for the styles it contains. Each faucet of draft beer is poured at
the proper temperature and gas blend for the style of beer that is tapped. No need to put your hands
on the glass to warm up your stout or barleywine here, we pay attention to detail and present each
beer as the brewer intended.
A large cellar-temperature controlled aging cave has been managed by our Beer Director since
2009 with a large number of bottles and kegs just waiting to reach their peak and see the light of
day. Look for these selections on our vintage section of the menu or at special tasting events.
Spirits
Although we stock many spirits and liqueurs representing every category, we specialize in
American Whiskey and Tequila. Our shelves are packed with heavy-hitters and many rare selections.
Artisan and small-batch is how we like to roll, so don’t come looking for artificially flavored vodkas
here, it’s just not our thing.
Crafted Cocktails
Authentic craft cocktails is our game and we love to play. Using small-batch ingredients, each
recipe is carefully followed to reproduce the classics implementing the proper tools, ingredients,
glasses and garnishes required to create each one. Fresh juices are used in each and every drink,
nothing “out of the gun” here. Our adventurous staff is constantly tinkering around with new
ingredients, recipes and preparation techniques in search of new takes on the classics. We usually
have a few barrel aged versions and other experiments the shelves. Yes, we have 4 different types of
ice. Yes, we know we’re nuts.

With around 10 selections by the glass and about 75 by the bottle our wine list demands a little
respect. Our list is managed by our Dante’s Court of Master Sommeliers@ trained wine director
Jennifer Zangrilli.
6 faucets pour a continually rotating selection of 3 red and 3 white selections. Each one is
stored and poured at the appropriate serving temperature according to style. Kegs are dispensed
through an airtight system using nitrogen to preserve the wine in the keg.
Our ever changing by-the-glass menu not only features draft wines but tastes from more
expensive bottles made possible by our unique cuvenee system that allows us to pour from the bottle
without removing the cork and replacing the juice with argon gas preserving the wine in the bottle.
Craft Kitchen
Lunch, dinner, or a little snack in-between,,, we’ve got you covered. Every dish 100% made
in-house from scratch, that’s how we roll. A seasonally inspired menu looks to what is current and
fresh. We’ve chosen every ingredient from small-batch and artisan producers just as we do at the bar.
Liberty celebrates artisan fromage and charcuterie with a rotating selection chosen by our
two Murry’s Cheese U® educated cheese mongers Jennifer Zangrilli and J.P. Mills. Our cured meats are
cut using a manually-operated hand-spun Italian flywheel slicer to ensure precise cuts and quality
textures.
You’ll find many small plates designed to share with friends including flatbreads baked in our
innovative ovens that reach a temperature 842˚f. Soups made fresh and Sandwiches that are built and
held together with bread that’s fresh-baked every morning in our very own bakery. Our salads reflect
the seasonality harvest from our local greenhouses and fields with dressings made in-house. Savory
dishes and gastropub favorites such as casseroles, stews, and other hearty entrees are sure to fill
your tummy.

Welcome to Liberty Craft House. A worthy destination inspired by our passion for
knowledge, skill, and small-batch artisan goods. Liberty is a humble neighborhood
joint with design cues from the industrial revolution that provides a comfortable post
for a few drinks, food and good-times.
| What is a “craft house” you ask? |
At Liberty, we strive to prepare and present you with drink and foodstuff that is
properly cared for and skillfully prepared. We’ve considered each and every detail in
the products we create and present.
Beginning with the producer, we consider how they make their products and, of
course, their quality. We love local, natural, sustainable and organic so much we not
only practice this ourselves, but seek out and purchase from those who are like-minded
as well.
Next, we choose and implement equipment that is used to correctly store and
authentically prepare the food, beer, wine, soda, coffee and classic cocktails on our menu.
Finally, the keys in our logo represent our constant thirst for knowledge,
techniques and our fondness of the stories and history behind food, spirits, wine, ales
and lagers. We’re constantly educating ourselves on how to prepare and present these
artisan made plates and drinks to you.
