2015 expedition tentative itinerary

FLY FISHING EXPEDITION TRIPS
Tentative Itinerary
Total 8 Days, 6.5 days fishing
Day 0
-Arrive to Santa Cruz in the evening.
-Transport to Hotel Buganvillas Suites and Spa for
rest.
Day 1
-Early morning breakfast.
-Transfer to domestic airport. Chartered flight to
jungle airstrip (2 ½ hrs.).
-Transfer to main camp by boat.
-Arrive to main Camp in the afternoon. Fish on our way
to main camp. Fishing done in pools and runs as
boats are pushed and poled by local guides.
-Sleep in Casare Camp.
Day 2
-Early breakfast
-Split in two teams and Fish surrounding hotspots.
-Shore lunch.
-Fishing back towards Casare camp.
-Dinner and rest.
Day 3
- Early breakfast.
- We will fish our way up to our expedition camp, and
fish the area.
-Anglers split in two teams and will fish a
combination of the Casare River and its different
streams.
- Shore lunch.
- Dinner and rest at expedition camp.
Day 4-6
-Early morning breakfast.
-split in two groups and fish the upper section of the
river. Move upriver towards Las Piedras Camp.
-Shore lunch.
-Arrive at Las Piedras Camp. Fish The upper-most
sector of the river, all wading and hiking.
-sleep at Las Piedras Camp.
Day 7
- Early morning breakfast.
- Fish our way down to main camp.
- Shore lunch.
- Fish pools and runs on our way down to main camp.
- Rest at Main Camp.
Day 8
- Early breakfast.
- Travel down river to jungle airstrip.
- Packed lunch.
- Chartered flight back to the city of Santa Cruz.
- Transfer to Hotel Buganvillas Suites & Spa for a
last night rest. (Included in the package)
Day 9
-Early breakfast at Hotel Buganvillas Suites & Spa.
- Transfer to Viru-Viru International Airport.
- If flight leaves in the afternoon or in the evening,
please request an additional night at the hotel (NOT
included in the package).
